Place is cute and nice, but had to kill a couple cockroaches, the pool alarm going from the front door inside the house didn’t work every time we tried so the alarm kept going off everytime we walked into the rental. No pan to cook breakfast or food on so we had to buy our own. Turned on the oven for the first time and it wasn’t cleaned so something was burning on the bottom and set off the fire alarm multiple times.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Roger's cottage, it was in the perfect location. Our only complaint was the east facing window that let the sun shine right into your face in the morning and the coffee pot that needs to be replaced.

We very much appreciate your business, and your feedback. The coffee pot has since been replaced, but there's not much I can do about the beautiful Florida sun! We hope you had a great couple of days while you were here and that you thoroughly enjoyed your time at Roger's Carriage House!
