Nine of us stayed at the Shell Seeker. Sitting outside and enjoying the lake was a favorite activity. If you like to bbq, there is a good grill. Plenty of dishes and a well stocked kitchen are available. Would definitely stay there again. Ted is an excellent host.

Ted, was a great host. The house was extremely well supplied, he trusts his guests not to steal the everyday supplies needed, like toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, towels, and many other items. The view is fantastic on a clear day, hoping maybe next time we can enjoy it more. It rained quite a bit but exciting to see the huge waves, it seemed like we were at the ocean. The great patio area was enjoyed by all, with everything you might want to enjoy. The kids loved the little beach area. Thank you again Ted for your efforts.

Great house at a great location

We had a small family trip over Labor Day weekend and this house was perfect. It was super clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. Within easy driving distance of events and attractions but not too close. Nice and relaxing. Definitely would stay in this house again.

Great memories

We had been looking forward to this trip all year and it did not disappoint! Sunsets on the lake were great with a good breeze most days. Small private beach was fun and most things were no more than 30-45 minutes away. We will go back if possible, Thanks again Ted!

House was just as described in positing. Private beach on the side of the home was a hit with the kids and adults. Plenty of seating for a large group. Kitchen fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable! We had a family of 11 ages of kids were 8,4,2. We enjoyed Put-In-Bay and Sandusky from this location. Would stay again

Fun getaway

We picked this spot as a halfway meeting point between our families. I had never been to Lake Erie or heard about it as a destination. This was a great spot for our group. The house was in a great location. The outdoor areas were amazing-we spent most mornings and evening outside watching the sunrise and sunset. The house was comfortable and well stocked. Would definitely return.

Awesome vacation

We stayed here last year. My review is out there. Highly recommended place to stay. Excellent host. Pictures do not describe how big this house is. Back patio is big enough for a 100 people lol.
