Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit. Das Haus ist großartig gelegen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Um die eine Ecke gegangen ist man sofort im belebten Zentrum und um die andere Ecke ein toller Spot fĂŒr SonnenuntergĂ€nge. Wir haben es gliebt.

HĂŒbsches HĂ€uschen in Top Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem StadthĂ€uschen mitten in Capoliveri aber trotzdem ruhig. Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders ist auch der kleine schön beflanzte Garten, der besonders im Hochsommer ein schattiges PlĂ€tzchen bietet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-).

GemĂŒtliches Haus, perfekt und ruhig gelegen.

Perfektes Haus fĂŒr unsere Elbaferien im SpĂ€therbst. Geschmackvoll und gemĂŒtliche Einrichtung. Es fehlt an nichts. Schöne Wanderwege liegen direkt vor dem schönen StĂ€dtchen. Wunderschönes Haus im Mitten eines wunderbaren Ortes

Wir haben herrliche 14 Tage in diesem schönen StadthĂ€uschen und auf dieser wunderbaren Insel verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist nur eine Gehminute vom Zentrum entfernt und trotzdem ruhig. Der zur VerfĂŒgung gestellte Parkplatz ist ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt und gut zu erreichen. Zum Ausladen des GepĂ€ckes, kann man kurz nĂ€her am Haus parken. Capoliveri ist ein sehr schönes StĂ€dtchen. Viele sehr individuelle GeschĂ€fte, eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und immer mal wieder niveauvolle Musikevents, sind geboten. Das hat fĂŒr uns die Anfahrt an die StrĂ€nde mehr als akzeptabel gemacht. Der Kontakt zur Signora Alessandra war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die fĂŒr uns wichtige Hundefreundlichkeit ist auf Elba wirklich entspannend. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Charming character cottage in amazing location

Spent a fabulous week in Capoliveri. The cottage is beautiful, only a few minutes’ walk from all the lovely restaurants and shops in the town yet just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night! We were two couples and the house is ideal (one double bedroom, one single). We are enchanted by Elba - a very authentic and genuine place to stay - full of locals, no big hotels, just lots of charm. The walk to the local beach is about 30-40 mins but down a steep road. Loads of things to do and see on the island - gorgeous walks. We loved Monte Capanne (although the hike down was tough!) Enfola, sandy Procchio beach, Porto Azzurro and the headland walk to Barbarossa beach. Had the best tuna and sea bass ever at Il Vecchio Borge restaurant in Capoliveri! We absolutely loved it here and can highly recommend the cottage. Alessandra and her son Federico are also very helpful and easy to book with. We left some tourist info leaflets as there weren’t any in the house when we arrived. Thanks for a great holiday in Capoliveri!

Wunderbarer Urlaub im Herzen Capoliveris, mit Blick auf Meer und Korsika.

Vom diesem kleinen aber feinen alten Stadthaus ist man zu Fuß ĂŒber autofreie StrĂ€ĂŸchen im Handumdrehen auf dem Hauptplatz von Capoliveri, bei der Kirche, einem CafĂ©, der Gelateria, diversen kleineren und grĂ¶ĂŸeren Lokalen, am Morgen beim BĂ€cker und und und. Betreten kann man es durch den Vordereingang oder gleich ums Eck, von der Seitengasse ĂŒber den angrenzenden Hof, der im Sommer wohl zum zweiten Wohnzimmer wird. Im April war es dafĂŒr noch etwas zu frisch und so sind wir im wunderschön renovierten (und beheizbaren) ĂŒber das ganze Erdgeschoss reichenden Wohnraum geblieben der einen gemĂŒtlichen Wohn- und Essbereich mit KĂŒche bietet. Über die Innentreppe, es gibt auch eine Außentreppe, in den Ersten Stock hat man von den Fenstern zum Hof einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und den Monte Campane. Vom nahen Aussichtspunkt bei klarem Wetter auch bis nach Korsika und Monte Cristo. In den beiden großen Schlafzimmern haben wir bestens genĂ€chtigt und bei zwei Badezimmern im Haus kommt man sich auch mit den Kindern nicht in die Quere. Der in Capoliveri vermutlich mit Gold aufzuwiegende reservierte Parkplatz liegt zwar ein paar Stockwerke tiefer, ist aber auch nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Wenn man möchte, kann man den Weg dorthin jeden Tag ĂŒber eine andere Quergasse bzw. Treppe wĂ€hlen. Es gĂ€be noch viel zu erzĂ€hlen aber besser man erlebt es selber.

So ein Ferienhaus wĂŒnscht man sich

Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben - Bilder sind aussagekrĂ€ftig, in Wirklichkeit ist es aber noch schöner. Schon bei der Kontaktaufnahme reagierte die Besitzerin Alessanda Ă€ußerst schnell und schon der Kontakt machte Spaß. Bei Ankunft hat uns die Vermieterin herzlich empfangen und Hinweise zur Wohnung gegeben. Es handelt sich um ein sehr altes Haus, das liebevoll in einen ausgezeichneten Zustand versetzt wurde. Trotz Renovierung sind schöne alte Details erhalten geblieben. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und war bei Ankunft sehr sauber (es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen). Die zwei kpl. eingerichteten BĂ€der sind auf sehr hohem Niveau. Äußerst praktisch war der zusĂ€tzliche "Kellerraum" der uns als Unterstand fĂŒr unsere Bikes diente. Praktisch auch der zweite Zugang fĂŒr das zweite Zimmer. Das Zimmer kann zusĂ€tzlichauf Wunsch auch direkt ĂŒber eine Außentreppe betreten werden. Die Terasse / Garten ist schön und diente uns als Ruheplatz. Der Standort Capoliveri war fĂŒr uns als Radler praktisch. Direkt vor Ort gehen mehrere Mountainbiketouren los. Der Ort selber ist liebenswert. Resaurants sind in direkter NĂ€he vorhanden Fazit: Wir freuen uns auf ein zweites Mal - wir werden hierher sicher nochmals einige Tage Urlaub verbringen
