Privileged house on seafront, twenty steps from the sand, with large terrace in the heart of the Costa Brava. Spectacular views over the Fenals beach. Ideal for 2 families with 2-3 children each.
25 minutes from Girona and 50 minutes from Barcelona
No car is needed during your stay. No to queue to go to the beach or wasting time parking(save time and money.) In other properties, in summer, when it says 5 minutes from the beach, if you have to take the car probably it'll be at least 30.You can go downtown or go shopping.
That's what this house offers ahead no-frills but the best in location and comfort.

Spectacular views of the beach. No need to take the car, just the towel and enjoy the sun and the beach without other worries. Few homes on the Costa Brava with the situation.
