An architect-renovated (June 2013), 2 bedroom plus a mezzanine apartment with balcony and incredible views over
Tagus river, 25 April Bridge , Ribeira Market and traditional neighborhood.
It's located on the fourth floor of an 18th century building.

Centrally located in the heart of Lisbon, in Chiado, very close to all
public transports:

1) Train to Sintra, 10 minutes walking
2) Train to Cascais, 3 minutes walking
3) Boat to cross Tagus river, 5 minutes walking
4) Subway green line Cais do Sodré station, 3 minutes walking
5) Subway blue line station Baixa Chiado, 4 minutes walking
6) Picturesque tram 28, 4 minutes walking.
7) Bike line and River, 3 minutes walking


The apartment is full of natural light and simple functional decor.
It's cozy and comfortable, fully equipped with all amenities for a relaxing and

house . You can rent a bike near the house
(BikeIberia) and visit Belém or the great Caparica beach.
ATTENTION: Do not forget that it is a 4th floor without lif and therefore not suitable for persons with mobility problems.

Charming apartment.

My family enjoyed the Chiado Terrace. We had all the things we needed for an enjoyable week in Lisboa. We would stay again.

Appart très bien équipé dommage pour le chantier a côté.

L'appartement est vraiment conforme à la description. Son emplacement proche des métros permet de se déplacer facilement. Il est vraiment très bien équipé, très propre. Ester est très réactive et réponds aux diverses demandes très rapidement. Les procédures d'entrée et sortie sont très claires et limpides. Juste un petit bémol, un gros chantier de réhabilitation juste a côté avec grue et marteau piqueur des 8h du matin. Ester n'y peut bien sûr rien. La proximité avec les rues festives donne également des nuits un peu bruyantes pour celui où celles qui a le sommeil léger.

Because is the best area in Lisbon. I love to live here, and I think is perfect for tourists. It's in a walking distance of most of interesting points in Lisbon, and the view from the terrace is great. I think is the ideal place for having a pleasant stay in Lisbon
