Excellent location - close to both the beach and old town, everything within walking distance. The apartment stays cool as it’s never exposed to direct sun, and the blinds provide near-blackout conditions at night. Good sound insulation ensures quiet sleep (occasional noise only from upstairs neighbors). On-site laundry (9:00–17:00) is very clean and payable by card. Well equipped for cooking, with a convenient key-box by the door. The owner gave a warm welcome and helpful explanations.A few things to note: parking isn’t guaranteed and nearby spaces fill quickly, so it’s best for a beach holiday without daily car trips. Guests need to bring their own bedding covers. Provided duvets include one single and two large doubles, which may feel too warm in summer and occupy one bed when not in use, as there’s no other storage. The apartment is older and would benefit from updates (kitchen and bathroom renovations are apparently planned). When the couch is extended, there’s no walkway to the WC at night - guests must climb over those sleeping on the couch. A small fan would be helpful on hot nights.

Appartement fonctionnel, super bien placé : 5 min à pieds de la plage, 20 m de la piscine et 10 min max des magasins et supermarchs. Seul bémol, le canapé est un peu juste pour dormir. Je recommande.

Der Vermieter wollte, dass das Appartement klinikrein verlassen. So haben wir es nicht übernommen

Nicht super sauber, keine Bettwäsche, keine Handtücher und wir sollten es klinikrein übergebenen . Hätten wir über die Agentur Residence bleu gebucht, wären wir 50 Euro günstiger gewesen und hätten Bettwäsche, Handtücher und ein sauberes Appartement gehabt. Man unterhält sich ja mit anderem Gästen. Wir werden über Fewo nicht mehr buchen, Sie sollten die Vermieter besser checken.

Appartement très agréable, confortable et fonctionnel pour moi et mes 2 ados. Le balcon est plus car bien orienté. Résidence calme et idéalement situé, tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. La proximité de la plage et des commerces en quelques minutes est un atout supplémentaire pour des vacances sans voiture ! Le propriétaire est également très sympathique et arrangeant. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter et avec plaisir.

Die Lage ist optimal

Für 2 Personen ausreichend die Betten sind katastrophal im Schlafzimmer ein etagenbett bei dem man sich in der unteren Etage vorkommt wie in einer Höhle die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer knarzt bei jeder Bewegung Sonst gut ausgestattet .

Petit appartement adapté à un couple avec un enfant, terrasse sympathique où nous avons pris la plupart des repas. Proche de toutes les commodités : plage, piscine, piste cyclable, commerce alimentaire et centre-ville avec boutiques. Nous avons tout fait à pieds, quel plaisir!

Emplacement idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances, à 2 pas de la plage. Logement très bien équipé. Les vélos sont vraiment un + qui ont permis de faire de belles balades. Hôte sympathique, disponible et très arrangeant pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Les enfants pu profiter de la piscine de Pierre et Vacances. Nombreuses activités et visites aux alentours. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation et avec grand plaisir !

Location à priori prix raisonnable sauf qu'en louant dans un centre Pierre et Vacances, on s'attendait à mieux. Le problème est que bien qu'étant dans ce centre, nous en faisions pas partis. On n'avait donc même pas le droit de se faire prêter un fer à repasser, pas de Wifi ou alors très cher. Content par la situation de l'appartement même si quelques travaux lui feraient du bien, mais très déçu par le système de location

Fantastisch complex

Appartement voldoet aan alle eisen, prima gelegen, fijn zwembad, op begane grond. Wewaren echter niet zo gecharmeerd van het dubbele stapelbed. Ook jammer was dat de vorige huurders het niet schoon hadden achtergelaten. De inrichting was overvloedig, er kunnen wel wat dubbele items weggehaald worden, zoals twee slacentrifuges, een eettafel met 4 stoelen endan ook nog een eetbar met 4 krukken. Daarvoor is het appartement te klein. Ook de vaatwasser is een klein, en maakt veel lawaai. WiFi is niet inbegrepen, maar wel verkrijgbaar via de receptie van Pierre Vacances. Neem echter geen basis contract, want dan valt de WiFi steeds weg. Wij betaalden voor een maand 30€. Een pré is dat er vier fietsen tot onze beschikking stonden. Parkeren is gratis, maar soms lastig, omdat de parkeerplaats ook gebruikt worden door strandgangers en surfers, die niet in het appartementen complex vertoeven. Dit zou makkelijk opgelost kunnen worden door een toegangspoort met code, die je ook nodig hebt om de gebouwen in te kunnen. Hetzelfde geldt overigens voor het zwembad en de douches, die ook veelvuldig gebruikt worden door mensen die er niets te zoeken hebben. Voor de rest hebben we een heerlijke drie weken gehad, en komen volgend jaar vast weer terug.

Hartelijk dank voor uw terugkeer, het is dankzij uw opmerkingen dat we dingen kunnen verbeteren. We hebben het uitgezocht nadat je wegging omdat er inderdaad veel dubbele dingen waren. De vaatwasser is vervangen door een nieuwe die erg stil is. Wat betreft het parkeren, we hebben het besproken in een vergadering van mede-eigendom zodat er iets op zijn plaats was. Het is in reflectie.

Sehr gut ausgestattestes Platzwunder

Wir haben spontan beschlossen, zu 5 statt zu viert hinzufahren, das war kein Problem für den netten Vermieter und das ohne Aufpreis. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, Bettwäsche kann man leihen und Waschmaschine und Trockner gegen Münzen nutzen. Die Kinder brauchten 20 bis zum Meer, die Sonnenuntergänge sind zum geniessen. Surfzubehör gibt es in der Anlage zu leihen. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Flohmärkte, den Mittwochsmarkt, die Geschäfte, die Fahrradwege, der See, Bordeaux.. wir hatten einen idealen Ausgangspunkt!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l'appartement de Christophe. Celui-ci est très bien équipé. Nous avons été les premières a apprécier le meuble-bar qu'il venait juste de finir de poser dans la pièce à vivre le matin même de notre arrivée, c'est vraiment un plus.
