10 minutes from Loches (medieval) and Montresor (Most Beautiful Villages of France), 30 minutes from Beauval (one of the zoo europe) and 20 minutes of Chenonceau. R.d.c. : Kitchen, 1st c. (bed 2 people), shower, toilet. Floor: 2nd c. (3 beds 1 pers), 3rd c. (bed 2 people), fourth bedroom (bed 160), bathroom, toilet. Cot and highchair. Electric heating (extra / meter). 1800 m² enclosed garden. Oval private pool, secure (7 x 3.50 m).

In the atmosphere of a bucolic landscape, you will spend wonderful holidays in the countryside. It was created in the old cellar of a farmhouse of the eighteenth century, surrounded by greenery, the Cottage offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in Touraine.
The house sleeps 9 personnes. it'is composed of a large living room with kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 triple), 1 bathrooms, 1 shower, a swimming pool privatized and several other amenities: TV , cot and high chair, washing machine, toilet, garden furniture, etc ...)
