Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans cette charmante maison proche de la plage du devin, au calme, grande avec son terrain bien amenagé. Avec nos enfants et petits enfants, nous serions ravis de revenir. Merci a Anne Sophie pour l'accueil à l'entrée et la sortie

Belle maison, entretien qui laisse à désirer malgré des règles très strictes

La maison est bien située, proche plage (3 minutes à pied). Elle est pratique malgré une petite cuisine et jolie. Les règles de ménages sont très strictes mais loin d'être respectées. à notre arrivée, des bouts de verre au sol, des nids de poussières et des moisissures évidentes. Par ailleurs, grande déception en apprenant que les vélos, à disposition lors de notre réservation, ne le sont en fait pas, malgré le fait qu'ils soient indiqués dans l'annonce. Bref, les déceptions se sont accumulées, malgré un rapport qualité prix intéressant. Dommage que l'entretien soit médiocre.

Le site est super, la maison n'est pas très spacieuse mais très mignonne ! la seule petite amélioration serait de revoir l'équipement de la cuisine qui fonctionne mais dénote un peu (plaque cuisson, évier). Tout le reste était parfait pour notre weekend entre amis !

Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant car il a bien voulu accepter notre chien. Dommage que la précision n'est pas donné dans l'annonce concernant les draps et serviettes qui sont en fait payants ! (via une conciergerie avec qui il y a beaucoup d'échanges sur 36h uniquement).

Parfaitement situé, proche de la mer, de la rue piétonne, du port et du fameux marché du samedi matin. Nous étions 9 adultes et avons tous tombe sur le charme de cet appartement.

très bonne sauf le problème de la caution

j ai reçu le remboursement de la caution ce jour , chèque qui n avait pas été encaissé par le propriétaire qui nous l a retourné. je tiens à préciser que le 3 mai vers 19h la personne qui n ou a remis les clés intiales IV , nous a réclamé la somme de 90 euros + la caution + le ménage , je leui ai dis 2 fois ce n est pas la somme initiale mais elle avait noté ces montants. Je me suis dis que le solde serait repris sur la caution . A notre retour l agence m a appelé m expliquant le quiproquo, le jours même j ai refait le chèque complémentaire. quoi qu il en soit de ces erreurs dont ni le propriétaire , ni moi ne sommes responsables , ce séjour a été génial dans un logement génial , le reste n est que bévue des intermédiaires.

Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréables dans cet appartement. Très fonctionnel pour 8 personnes. Nous avons trouvé un appartement propre et bien agencé.De plus bien situé, proche de la mer et du centre ville. Je recommande.

Très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour malgré le temps un peu maussade. L'appartement est très clair, bien aménagé et spacieux. Nous avons été ravis de passer une semaine tout proche de la mer, des commerces et du chateau.
