Great Location and very comfortable apartment

We had a great time in Toulouse and this apartment is very comfortable for a couple. It could not have had a better location. It is 20 steps from the Capitole Plaza with its many restaurants and shops. All the attractions of the city are within walking distance. We had a fantastic time and your hosts are terrific.

Tranquil oasis from the frenetic streets of Toulouse

Large, modern, loft accommodation, with every convenience, air conditioning was an absolute bonus. Extremely clean with lift access to the 3rd floor and easy flight stairs to the apartment. Laurence replied to all our requests quickly and efficiently. Parking is very close by and really convenient for the centre of this amazing city l.

Fantastic/Merveilleux

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Toulouse. Lots of space and thoughtfully designed. We were impressed with the design and attention to detail. And Laurence was gracious and patient in waiting for us as our train to Toulouse was delayed and we arrived late. Thank you and au revoir.

Au cœur de Toulouse

On ne peut rêver mieux pour decouvrir Toulouse à pied ! A proximité immédiate le parking du capitole, bien commode pour y laisser la voiture.... Sous les toits un joli logement particulièrement soigné et très bien équipé nous a consolé de ce maudit couvre-feu...Il faut profiter de cette bonne adresse

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was excellent since we wanted to be in the center of city.

We spent a week here and found the loft very liveable. It is exactly as described in the listing. Regis was exceedingly helpful and responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the WiFi is fast and secure, the bed was comfortable, there is lots of closet and shelf space to unpack for longer stays, and the A/C worked well. (We didn’t need the heat.) And though in a very busy, late-night part of the city, the loft itself is very quiet - and secure. Just a couple of things to be aware of: the building has a fine elevator but you must go up one flight of stairs beyond it to reach the loft; it IS a loft with many sloping ceilings; and, as with many apartments, there is only a bath tub, not a full shower. Again, we enjoyed the loft and Toulouse very much.

Très propre et très bien et très judicieusement équipé.

Central et très bien situé : à quelques mètres du Capitole. Proche de toutes les commodites. Pas besoin de voiture. Par grande chaleur, heureusement nous avions la climatisation.

Peaceful top floor apartment in the centre of Toulouse

We stayed in the apartment for a week over New Year, and found it to be a fantastic spot, very central but on the top floor with brilliant double glazing so we couldn't hear a sound from outside even on New Year's Eve! It has been decorated beautifully with lovely touches like electronic velux windows and blinds and really did have everything we needed for our stay. Laurence was a great host, good contact before the trip and she was available during if we needed her. Comfy bed, lovely decor, a lift in case you couldn't face four flights of stairs - if we are ever in Toulouse again we would stay here.

Traumloft in Toulouse ! / Super loft à Toulouse !

Wir waren fast einen Monat da und es hat sich angefühlt wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist im alten Zentrum der City, aber trotzdem sehr sehr ruhig. Alles ! was man zum Leben braucht ist zu Fuß erreichbar (Lebensmittel etc.). Sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem super Bett. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden ! Nous etions dans l'appartement presque un mois et c'etait comme à la maison. L' etat est au coeur du city, mais quand meme très très calm. On peut recevoir toutes les choses nécessaire par pied. Tres bien équipée et un lit super. Nous sommes etait tout autour satisfait !

Je voulais partager avec vous les impressions de mon séjour dans ce loft magnifique. Je pars toutes les années en France pour faire un séjour de 15 jours et c´est le meilleur logement que j´aie eu jusqu´à présent.Ce loft est très bien équipé,très propre,très lumineux,très sympa, situé en plein centre et avec la CLIM( tout un atout à Toulouse) . Je vous le recommande vivement et l´accueil de la part des propriétaires a été très chaleureux. Si je reviens sur Toulouse, j ´essaierai sans doute de me loger dans ce loft de rève. Superbe location!

Superbe loft idéalement situé; tout juste à côté du Capitole, l'emblème de Toulouse "la dynamique". Propre, bien éclairé, climatisé, bien équipé et j'en passe. Tout se fait à pied à partir du loft. Plein de restaurants tout autour, d'épiceries, de boulangeries, des marchés à proximité, des musées, des églises, la belle cathédrale St-Sernin, etc. De plus l'hôtesse est très accomodante et gentille. Nous n'hésiterions pas à y séjourner à nouveau. Montréal, Canada.

Il s'agit d'un superbe appartement.

Il s'agit d'un superbe appartement situé en plein coeur de Toulouse, à deux pas de la place du Capitole. Il se trouve donc à proximité des grands monuments de la ville, accessibles à pied. Malgré tout, il est d'un calme parfait. Cet appartement a été modernisé récemment. Nous avons été éblouis par son design, ses couleurs, sa lumière et son espace. Fantastic location

We would recommend this apartment. It was spacious, light filled, quiet, comfortable and seemed to be recently renovated. Everything was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The owner was there to welcome us and was very helpful. It was very good value. Most of all the proximity to place Capitol was ideal for our 4 day stay as tourists in Toulouse. Restaurants, shops, tourist office, Victor Hugo market and important monuments and museums all within walking distance mostly inside a vast pedestrian area.

Super séjour au cœur de Toulouse

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables. L'appartement est très bien placé et il est très bien aménagé, bonne Literie, cuisine très bien équipée. De plus, Les propriétaires sont tres gentils et arrangeants. Bref on a beaucoup aimé!

Un véritable bijou!

Nous avons passé les vacances de Noël 2014 dans ce loft charmant, d’une propreté impeccable et très bien équipé. Son emplacement idéal nous a permis de profiter au maximum des merveilleux sites du centre de Toulouse, qui était illuminée de façon tout à fait magnifique pour les Fêtes. La gare de train est située à 15 minutes de marche seulement du loft. Nous avons donc pu nous y rendre à pied pour faire de belles excursions dans les villes environnantes. La propriétaire a été ultra sympathique, accommodante et organisée. Sans hésitation, je retournerais séjourner dans cet appartement et je le recommande avec enthousiasme à quiconque se rendra à Toulouse!

Il s'agit d'un coup de coeur! Nous avons visité le dernier étage d'une jolie toulousaine idéalement située et avons tout de suite imaginé l'appartement de charme qu'il deviendrait!
Son plus : le calme total et le confort absolu de l'isolation au coeur de la ville grouillante! Il suffit de descendre les 4 étages pour être happé par l 'activité de la ville!
