Spacious house located near the lake 200m, the ocean 5 kms, the Lacanau golf course 2kms. Many nautical activities (paddle, pedal boat, water skiing, canoeing, windsurfing). Bike path and pétanque field at the end of the street. Calm environment ideal for family holidays. Very well equipped with a bedroom upstairs, bathroom with separate wc, kitchen and large living room 45 m2 opening onto a large balcony. Downstairs you have a large bedroom with a large bed and a trundle bed, then another bedroom with a large bed. A bathroom with wc.
