Cottage near Chioggia and Venice

Old country house, located in the middle of an organic farm.
It is possible to enjoy the large green lawn of about 3000 square meters equipped with sunbeds, tables, chairs and barbecue.
The house has a large kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one double and a large bathroom with shower, where there is also a washing machine. In the living room there is a sofa bed
The house has mosquito nets and a dehumidifier.
At about 350 meters there is a well-stocked supermarket where you can buy all kinds of goods. Nearby there are: excellent restaurants where typical dishes are proposed, pizzerias also to take away, a brewery. The owners live within the farm about 40 meters from the cottage and are always available for any need.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen und altem Cottage. Im Haus selber war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und fĂŒr uns immer ansprechbar.

Vogalonga 2022 perfect choice

We choose this accomodation because everything was full near Venice. This is an interesting place, if you want to experience the rural life as well. You can visit Padova, Chiogga, we were kayaking in Sottomarina, this was a good training for Vogalonga. There was everything there in the house that you need for a holiday. Please take into consideration, that the climate is wet, the nights and mornings can be humid. Cristina is a good host.

Schönes kleines Landhaus zum WohlfĂŒhlen

Hier kann man sich wohlfĂŒhlen. Gastgeberin bemĂŒht und zuvorkommend, Haus ausreichend gross, Garten riesig. Lediglich die Endreinigung nach dem GĂ€stewechsel sollte etwas gewissenhafter erledigt werden. Manche EinrichtungsgegenstĂ€nde sollten etwas ĂŒberarbeitet werden. Bad!

Haus mit einem gewissen Charme aber leider zu laut

Als Familie mit zwei Kindern haben wir uns dieses Haus ausgesucht, weil wir grundsĂ€tzlich Ă€ltere gepflegte HĂ€user mögen. Anhand der auf der dieser Webseite gestellten Fotos und positiven Rezensionen haben wir uns dafĂŒr entschieden. Die RealitĂ€t sah leider etwas anders aus. Das Haus ist zwar charmant aber war ziemlich dreckig: Unmenge Spinnweben an jeder Ecke in jedem Zimmer inkl. Spinnen und etliche andere Tierchen, die sich da verlaufen hatten. Das Bad brĂ€uchte einen neuen Anstrich (Dusche: fest, etliche kaputte Fliesen)und leider viel Dreck ... In der KĂŒche ist die Ausstattung minimalistisch: Kaffeemaschine: Fehlanzeige (Nur ital. Espressokocher), GewĂŒrze (nur verklebtes Salz und Zucker), 4 Kaffeetassen, keine MĂŒslischale, keine WeinglĂ€ser (mußten danach fragen)...Wir hĂ€tten uns vielleicht noch damit anfreunden können, wenn wenigstens der Außenbereich idyllisch gewesen wĂ€re. Aber die hier still gepriesene grĂŒne Oase wurde stark durch die Landstraße SR105 etwa 250m von uns entfernt gestört. Es rauschen stĂ€ndig Autos vorbei. DarĂŒber hinaus ist die Beschreibung etwas irrefĂŒhrend. Es handelt sich hier um keinen Bio-Bauernhof weder auf dem GrundstĂŒck noch 100m von da entfernt. Die EigentĂŒmerin ist zwar bemĂŒht, wenn wir sie nach WeinglĂ€sern und den zuerst nicht vorhandenen FahrrĂ€dern fragen, aber sie zeigte sich bei unserer Anreise mehr besorgt um ihre eigenen GĂ€ste als um uns, hat unsere Kinder kaum beachtet, bei der Abreise komplett ignoriert. Also drei eher großzĂŒgige Sterne. Schade!

Great location for visiting Venice and the surrounding area

We visited this property with our children; one teenager and one young adult. We spent a week here at the end of August and used it as a base to visit Venice, Padova, Montselice, the Po Delta, amongst others, and of course the beach at Rosolina. The property was part of the former Correzzola monastic estate and the owner, who was generally very helpful, was able to show and tell us about its interesting history. We enjoyed the novelty of being able to buy locally grown risotto rice and see the owner's sunflower crop being harvested just before the rain. We saw buckwheat growing in the field next door and pomegranates growing on the tree outside the kitchen window. We enjoyed our holiday!

Kurz aber unvergesslich

Vier Tage war das Domizil von Frau Torin und Ihrem Mann unser Zuhause. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und sind schweren Herzenz gefahren, was auch an der freundlichen Art der Vermieter lag. Das Anwesen liegt in einem kleinen Ort und trotzdem ist es nicht weit bis Venedig (Auto 40 Min., Chioggia (Klein-Venedig) 20 Min, Strand 20 Min., Padua 30 Min., Verona 1Std). Das Haus hat genug Platz fĂŒr 4 Personen. Um das Haus befindet sich eine große RasenflĂ€che auf der Kinder spielen können. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Pizzeria.

Sehr schöne Oase außerhalb der Touristenzentren

Das Haus ist Teil eines alten, umgebauten Bauernhofes. Umgeben von Feldern liegt es außerhalb der Touristenzentren. Dennoch war Venedig innerhalb von 40 Minuten mit dem Auto problemlos zu erreichen. Der Strand liegt ca. 25 Autominuten entfernt und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Um das Haus herum befindet sich ein riesiger Garten mit altem Baumbestand, unsere drei Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Laufen, Toben und Spielen. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat Charme. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns viele interessante Ausflugtipps verraten. Bei Fragen war sie immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder!!!

A marvelous house in an atmospheric place

The short spring holidays we have spent in Veneto were a complete success also due to the hospitality of signora Cristina, the owner of the stylish country house in Correzzola. Very comfortable and nicely decorated house with all the equipment required for a pleasant stay. The furniture for those who appreciate classic and beautiful things. The fireplace in the kitchen with the wood prepared. One rainy evening signora Cristina has even kindled the fire in the fireplace waiting for our arrival to warm the house up. A large green lawn around the house with no traffic nearby so that you can enjoy the calm views sitting in the garden chairs around the table tasting local wine and fresh fruit and vegetables bought at the local farm 100 meters away (we had delicious strawberry and asparagus) with the children playing around. Special thanks for the library comprising quite a spectrum of books. It was very pleasant to wake up in the morning listening to bird singing and return to this oasis of peace in the evening after the day of sightseeing (so many historic places tempting to visit in the vicinity) or the day spent at the seaside.
