Fabulous location

The apartment was very clean (some homely touches) and very well equipped - including a few provisions that came in really handy. The location is great, right by the waters edge, about a kilometre from Menaggio itself but a pleasant walk (off the road) into the town. Renata was very nice and responded promptly to messages and made great effort to communicate in English/French. There's handy parking just by the apartment.

Hébergement spacieux, propre, très bien équipé avec vue sur le lac. L' accueil était parfait. Renata nous a bien informé sur notre séjour et avait prévu une documentation touristique ainsi que des petites choses à grignoter.Menaggio est un joli village duquel nous avons pris le ferry pour nous rendre à Comme, bellagio etc. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits magnifiques à visiter aux environs.

Traumhafte Tage am Comer See

Wir waren Anfang Oktober 2023 für zwei Wochen in Nobiallo. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, bei fast immer schönem Wetter, nur zwei Regentage am Ende. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit dabei und haben viele Radtouren und Wanderungen unternommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Vor dem Haus gibt es immer einen Parkplatz. Einen Balkon haben wir nicht vermisst, die Wohnung liegt fast direkt am See, man muß nur die Straße überqueren, da gibt es öffentliche Bänke. Zu Fuß läuft man ca. 15 Minuten zum Supermarkt, erst an der Straße entlang dann einen sehr schönen Weg oberhalb des Sees, man kann dabei Klettetern zuschauen. Renata hat uns sehr nett empfangen und gut betreut. Vielen Dank!

Superbe séjour

La region est superbe, le lac⛱️, les villages🏞️, les palais🏰, la nourriture🥘. Nous avons apprécié de discuter avec Rénata qui parle très bien Français 🇫🇷. L'appartement est très propre, et bien équipé. Le stationnement est facile. L'emplacement est idéal pour les visites des villages au bord du lac. Menaggio, Belaggio, Varenna. La region est sympa pour faire de la randonnée. L'embarcadère est accessible en 12mn de marche. Un très beau séjour. Merci Rénata👍.

Verblijf in Nobiallo

In de gedateerde woning zijn alle zaken aanwezig, zeer uitrgebreid. Appartement ligt ruim een km buiten Menaggio aan de doorgaande weg met vrij parkeren voor de deur. Voor alle zaken moet je met de auto door een tunnel naar Menaggio. Daar is moeilijk een gratis parkeerplaats te vinden. Vervelend maar Menaggio is wel een gezellige en mooie plaats.

Came to Italy for the first time in 40 years

The picture that accompanied the property was spot on, although I had a rental car, it was more enjoyable to walk to Menaggio (20 minutes). Property was modernized, and very clean. No problem at all.

Séjour chez Mme Renata Marchi

L'hôtesse très aimable est venue nous chercher en voiture à l'arrivée du terminus du bus. Logement est sympa, très propre, matériel de cuisine très bien fourni ainsi que le linge de maison. La photo publiée sur le site Abritel ne correspond pas au paysage vu par les fenêtres, d'où seuls les beaux pins sont visibles au bord du lac. Le lieu est assez en dehors du centre de Menaggio et il faut bien s'organiser pour faire ses courses au petit supermarché. Le parking est presque impossible au village d'où on peut facilement prendre des bateaux navettes pour tous les points du lac qui sont magnifiques. Nous avons passé une semaine tres agréable. À recommander.

Very cute Authentic Italian apartment on the Lake

We loved our stay in this apartment. Although not right in Menaggio it is very close. You get to really experience the Italian lifestyle staying in this apartment. There is a lovely little park just across the street, next to the marina. You have a great view of the lake. We had some thunderstorms while there, it was fun to watch from our windows. Menaggio is a wonderful little town on the lake with a promenade and cafes overlooking the lake. Renata is terrific. She does not speak English and we do not speak Italian but we communicated very well. She was very attentive and helpful with lots of suggestions of things to do. The furniture was very comfortable and the apartment was equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. We would recommend this apartment.

Week-end de Pâques au Lac de Côme

Location conforme à la description et aux photos. Appartement propre et très fonctionnel avec une jolie vue sur le lac. Point de départ idéal pour visiter les villages du centre du Lac. Côme est à environ une heure de voiture en longeant le lac, ce qui permet de profiter de très beaux paysages. Renata, la propriétaire est une personne très sympathique parlant très bien français, serviable, disponible afin de satisfaire au mieux ses locataires. Location vivement conseillée.

Séjour très agréable au Lac de Come

Appartement très fonctionnel comme le précise l'annonce avec vue sur le lac de Come. Location très propre et bien entretenue. Rénata la propriétaire est très sympathique prête à vous donner des renseignements pour la visite du Lac. Très belle région ;) Je recommande cette location sans problème.Petit bémol nous avons du dormir fenêtre fermée car les chambres donnent sur la route touristique ! (malgré la canicule) Il y a un ventilateur à disposition mais il y a deux chambres ! Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Merci et à bientôt Sylvia
