It consists of:

The residence has a beautiful swimming pool located 10 meters from the apartment. With a solarium around the pool.

It is a really nice town but will be best to go back is summer time

Very quiet flat in Llanca, easy to find and close to the beach. I came for the second time and each time everything was always clean. Everything is provided for the stay, kitchen appliances, TV, large sofa, lots of tableware to try Spanish food ! Beautiful sea view from the balcony.

Mixed conclusion

To start with the positive: The complex is a little long in the tooth, but well maintained and has a beautifully situated pool in a tree-lined courtyard. There is a parking directly in front of the house with a lockable gate. The complex is quite central situated and was very quiet during the time of our stay in early/mid April. The flat itself is modern and functionally furnished with a lately renovated bathroom. The balcony has a beautiful view through trees to the sea and the mountains. The arrival information provided by the owner was complete and easy to understand. In our case, the handover of the keys was contactless and also unproblematic. Less positive: The (children's) room with the bunk beds is an interior room, which means without an outside window, but only with a door and a small window to the living room. This is not unusual in Spain, but in our opinion it should have been mentioned in the description. In addition, this room was uninhabitable during our stay due to damp walls and extensive mould stains. We came to terms with the situation and our son slept on a mattress in the living room during our stay. We are well aware that the deficiencies could not be remedied overnight. However, we were particularly disappointed by the owner's reaction. After we had described the situation and sent photos, there was only a short thankful answer with the announcement to take care of a solution. By the time we left, there was no response until we asked again, after we had already left. There was no concession in the rental price, although it had been announced. The flat is rented without final cleaning - here you are dependent on the thoroughness of the previous tenant. In our case, the result was OK, but we would have liked to know this particularity in advance. For the final cleaning it would have been helpful if there had been a hoover.

Quand on est arrivé l appartement sentait le tabac froid le canapé est bon à changer très peu de vaisselle pour un logement de 4 personnes c est très moyen une très petite table dehors pour manger à 2 c est difficile la climatisation qui fait du bruit le micro-ondes était sale loin des commerces et du centre de lianca Le seul plus c’est la piscine parking fermé avec une chaîne et un cadenas donc incapable dit accéder on paye pour des prestations qu’on a pas plage à. 5 minutes pour descendre oui mais pour remonter c est pas 5 minutes franchement c est abusé je le recommande pas du tout

Première réalité en arrivant dans la copropriété: sale. Que cela soit devant la porte d'entrée comme des parties communes à l'intérieur.A notre arrivée, l'appartement santé mauvais et le sol sale. Aucune indication concernant l'ouverture de l'eau et de l'électricité.La salle de bain manque d'aération. La brulure de cigarette sur la baignoire ne sont pas de notre fait. Le bouchon d'évacuation du lavabo ne remplit pas sa fonction ouverture fermeture. Donc manque de propreté et d'hygiène.La chambre avec lit deux places: il faut mettre le lit en travers pour pouvoir fermer la porte. Pas de penderie dans la chambre. A signaler du sang sur l'alaise.La chambre de deux lits superposés sans penderie non plus.Pour les deux chambres meubles en hauteur dangereux.Partie cuisine: meubles trop bas. Dangereux pour faire la vaisselle.Nous n'avons pas utilisé le four micro-onde ni le lave linge. Donc pas de commentaires.Concernant l'espace balcon, chaises et table ajourées en bois pas pratique et de plus en mauvais états. Pas de store .Pinces à linge séchées par la chaleur, donc inutilisables.Le manque de wifi est à déplorer, donc pas d'internet et donc les chaines de télévision qui buggent régulièrement.Point positif le parking et la piscine.Par contre l'intitulé "plage à 5 minutes" n'est pas la réalité.

Erstaunlich wie gut die Wohnung auf den Bilder ausgesehen hat. Die Realität sieht leider ganz enttäuschend aus. Die 2 Schlafzimmer extrem beengt und in beiden leider Schimmel an den Wänden.Der Lattenrost im großen Bett hat sich bei der kleinsten Bewegung verabschiedet (Latte für Latte aus dem Gestell gefallen). Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert und der Vermieter hat auf das Anschreiben nicht reagiert. Couch total versifft mit einem großen Urinfleck (der Geruch ist in der ganzen Wohnung wahrnehmbar)Nicht funktionierende Lüftung und nicht abschließbares Bad. Duschkopf total verkalkt, Beschichtung auf der Handbrause löste sich ab. Waschmaschine verdreckt, in der Dichtung hat sich etwas graues, gelartiges gesammelt. Ein winziges Gestell zum Wäsche aufhängen, welches nur noch durch Kabelbinder zusammengehalten wird.Fazit: Man freut sich wieder auf Zuhause!

Une horreur

C’est la première fois que je loue via votre site Abritel, très déçue, j’ai l’habitude de louer sur d ‘ autre sites ….je n’ai jamais eu de problème avec ces sites!!! Sur les photos de votre site, l’appartement donner envie, mais quand nous sommes arrivés nous avons vite déchanté ….un appartement horriblement sale, j’ai contacté plusieurs fois le propriétaire, il m’a remboursé une nuit c’est-à-dire 90 . Nous avons passé une semaine épouvantable. je suis très déçu et j’ai les photos à l’appui. Je ne ferais pas la pub pour Abritel et je ne pense plus louer via votre site. Dommage….

- Wegbeschreibung miserabel - Zahlencode der Schlüsselbox bei der Ankunft war schon eingestellt. Was bedeutet jeder hätte den Schlüssel einfach herausnehmen können -Erklärungen nur auf französisch Auch Erklärungen zur Nutzung der Wohnung (Englisch wäre wünschenswert) - Keine Bettwäsche steht nur im Kleingedruckten - gelbe Flecken auf den Bettdecken - das Schlafzimmer geht nicht zu weil es so klein ist dass die Tür gegen das Bett stößt - Badezimmer nicht abschließbar - Wasser im Waschbecken läuft nicht ab - allgemein kein warmes Wasser weder an der Spüle noch in der Dusche. !!!Auf zweimalige Nachfrage beim Vermieter per Mail kam keine Antwort !!! - Kein Halterung für Klopapier - bei "beliebte Annehmlichkeiten" steht Whirlpool, den gibt es nicht - die Wohnung war grundlegend dreckig man sieht, dass sie von Mieter zu Mieter weitergegeben wird ohne, dass dazwischen einmal extern grundgereinigt wird

Randonnée

Comme beaucoup il nous été difficile de trouver la location car le GPS l’indique de l’autre côté de la route vers Port de la Selva. Dans ce sens c’est à droite et il ne faut pas indiquer non plus Résidence des Calanques, il faut juste chercher la carrer Victor Catala et c’est à l’angle de la rue. Quant à la piscine, elle est juste dans l’immeuble d’en face… on la voit bien mais il faut traverser la route… Sinon dans la location , le contrôle d’un électricien serait bienvenu , la prise électrique au dessus de la plaque chauffante est inutilisable , celle de la cabine des enfants est desemboitee. Un petit coup de ménage dans les escaliers ne serait pas de trop non plus. Sinon nous avons passé un bon séjour car les randonnées sont belles

Sehr schmutzig!

Bei Ankunft, war das Appartment nicht geputzt. Überall Müll, Essensreste, verschmutzter Kühlschrank, Haare in den Betten, Urin in der Toilette. Wir mussten selbst putzen. Es kam niemand. Wir haben bis heute die versprochene Entschädigung nicht erhalten. Nie wieder!!!

Sejour velo

Le parking est appréciable et sécurisé. Le logement est correct mais il est regretable de ne croiser personne a l'arrivee ou au depart. La proprete depend donc du precedent locataire. Bon emplacement pour faire un sejour velo.
