Bright and calm house with garden at 500 m from the beach - Pink Granite Coast

This pleasant house, situated at 500 m from large Trestel sand beach on the Pink Granite Coast, is our main residence which we would be happy to lend for your holidays.

With great comfort, the house has many advantages:
- 500 m from Trestel sand beach, the Boisriou forest and the GR34 hiking trail.
- The little street is very quiet, and along the house is a natural protected area which gives the impression of being in the middle of nowhere.
- The 75 m2 wooden terrace is ideally exposed to the sun (from morning till evening), protected from wind and with an open outlook. The 1300 m2 land is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols, barbecue, and a children slide.
- The house is very bright. The living room is around 45 m2. The open kitchen is functional and very well-equipped. Internet Wifi, TV, Wii game console, DVD player, books, DVD and games for your evenings.

Last but not least, the Pink Granite Coast has much to reveal, and is really worth it

Very well located, a easy walk to the beach.

Lots of room in the property, with a nice outdoor space as well. Quiet and well located. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the beach on foot. A few local restaurants are also very close.

Ein schöner Urlaub mit viel Platz

Wir waren das zweite mal hier,und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Vermieterin Nathalie ist sehr nett,und das Haus ist geräumig und bietet Platz für 7 Personen.Das Grundstück ist groß und die Kinder haben viel Platz zum spielen.Es ist einfach wunderschön hier. Liebevoll renoviertes und eingerichtetes Haus mit super Garten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!

Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bei schönem Wetter ist der grosse Garten und die Terasse wunderschön und bei schlechtem Wetter ist das Haus gross genug, so dass sich kein Lagerkoller einstellt. Einziges kleines Manko: Der bequem zu Fuss erreichbare "Haus-Strand" ist ok, aber nichts besonderes. Die wirklich schönen Strände der Gegend sind etwas weiter weg.

Une très belle maison ensoleillé avec la décoration digne des magazines de déco, confortable, fidèle aux photos à 100 %, très agréable même en plein hiver, une très belle terrasse en bois avec plusieurs coins repas, chaises longues etc, le tout à quelques pas d'une plage avec des jeux pour enfant.. Bien adapté aux familles, avec beaucoup de jouets et livres (un coin de lecture attenant au séjour non mentionné dans annonce - une très agréable surprise!!), cuisine bien équipé, les 3 salles de bains fonctionnelles y compris le très agréable hammam, le tout très soigné... En surtout un gros plus - Mme Plaisant la propriétaire d'un gentillesse +++ avec un accueil hyper chaleureux... Le tout donne envie de revenir au plus vite...

Tolles, gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus nah am Meer

Wir haben hier mit unseren 3 Kindern einen wundervollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist super gemütlich eingerichtet mit goßem Wohn- Essraum und vier schönen Schlafzimmern in der 1. Etage. Das Grundstück ist traumhaft: groß, von Hecken eingefasst, mit riesiger Terrasse und allem, was man braucht (Tisch, Stühle, Liegen, Grill, Sonnenschirme). Toll ist auch die Nähe zum Strand, wirklich nur 500m - und es ist ein toller Sandstrand! Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und unproblematisch. Wenn wir nicht immer gerne etwas Neues kennenlernen wollten, würden wir uns sofort wieder für das Haus entscheiden!

Super séjour à Trévou

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison. Elle est très lumineuse, spacieuse et tout les équipements sont là pour que l'on s'y sente comme chez soi. Nos enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié les jeux et jouets mis à disposition. La région est magnifique et la plage toute proche est superbe et calme pour la région en pleine saison.

Maison très lumineuse pour famille nombreuse!

La maison est très bien située, dans une rue au calme, proche d'un marais et a 500 m d'une grande plage familiale. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller se baigner! La maison est très lumineuse, et vraiment agréable!! On aimerait bien avoir la même!!!! Le jardin est très grand, clos, bien entretenu et les enfants peuvent y jouer sans souci (petite cabane, toboggan). Proche du marais, nous avons même découvert des grenouilles un soir de pluie!!! De quoi ravir les enfants!!! L'intérieur est facile a vivre, très bien agencé et organisé. on se sent très bien, comme a la maison. Nous avons eu malheureusement un peu de pluie lors de notre séjour ... Mais les enfants ont profité des nombreux jouets laissés a disposition (gros + de la location!). Les commerces sont un peu loin (prendre sa voiture) mais il y a d'excellentes frites et pizzas a emporter a proximité (découvert sur les conseil du propriétaire). La région est magnifique et nous reviendrons quand nos enfants seront plus grands!!! Nous recommandons cette location, surtout si vous avez une famille nombreuse comme la notre!!!

Je ne peux que vous remercier grandement avec une telle appréciation ! Merci beaucoup et avec grand plaisir à l'an prochain. C'est vrai que nous pourrions voir avec la mairie s'il est possible d'installer un miroir pour la sortie voiture. C'est une bonne idée, merci. Affaire à suivre donc. Sinon, de prévu pour l'an prochain, c'est un portillon piéton pour ne pas avoir à ouvrir le grand portail pour chaque sortie. Et j'espère aussi que l'on aura la possibilité d'installer un "vrai" grand lavabo dans la salle d'eau du bas. On a besoin d'une idée pour trouver l'espace pour cela. Tsooj comes from Mongolia and is now happy to discover the beauties of Bretagne Pink Granite Coast. Nathalie has completely changed her lifestyle from the Parisian business area to the Mongolian wild steppes, and now Bretons. Their two children Naraa and Sanjaa are now following their parents in all their adventures in Brittany and in Mongolia.

Why they chose this property

Sharing our life between Mongolia and France, we needed to look for a home in France.
When I was a child, I spent all my holidays here in Côtes d'Armor. And I still have a grand-mother, aunts and uncles living nearby. As for my husband Tsooj, his home country (Mongolia) has no access to sea ; and sea has always been a fascinating world for him.

This is then here in Côtes d'Armor that we decided to settle for our french winter times.
We bought the house in 2013. It was a horrible little house of the sixties, but so well situated and so well exposed to the sun that its potential attracted us. My husband is a wonderful hand worker and out from scratch, we renovated absolutely everything.
We still have ideas to improve it, but nevertheless it is now a wonderful home sweet home.
