Lovely villa in a great location

The property is lovely and very comfortable The pool was wonderful, even if the weather didn't always cooperate while we were there, and the outdoor spaces were very enjoyable, with a great balance of views and privacy. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating, not to mention being delightful people in general. The location was great, allowing easy access to a wonderful assortment of restaurants, cafés, and bakeries within easy walking or driving distance. We had a great time and met some wonderful people in the area. I highly recommend staying here if you get a chance!

Good location, Overpriced compared to quality

We had a 2week stay here. The villa is easy to find and it's located in a good, up-hilly location with no noise. The pool was clean. The small yard had a lot of pretty plants, although they drop a lot of flowers/leaves which require daily swiping if you don't want them under your feet. The house is quite dated and dirty. Dow-stairs one-bedroom complex has a very strong smell- would not spend a night there myself. Upstairs fits 4persons just fine (we were 2 adults and 1 child). What disturbed us the most was that there is no warm water in the shower. It is either chill or too hot to shower. Many electronic devices are close to breaking - like garage door, outdoor shower, kitchen hood etc. The house is very dusty and dirty inside and outside and there are no good cleaning equipments. There are menu mosquitos in the evenings. It is still an easy and ok place to stay, but very overpriced compared to what you get.

La villa est effectivement de 1975, elle est dans un endroit calme et reposant, tout en étant proche de la plage. Il y fait bon vivre, le jardin est agréable, les bougainvilliers à cette époque sont en fleurs, c'est magnifique, et il faut balayer les fleurs qui tombent. Nous avons changé la chaudière très récemment, l'eau chaude est donc bien chaude et l'eau froide : froide ! Compte tenu de ce que vous indiquez, il faudra que l'on demande à Vicky qui vous accueille de mieux vous expliquer le fonctionnement des robinets de douche. Pendant votre séjour, le mécanisme automatique de la porte de garage a été cassé. Nous avons demandé immédiatement au réparateur d'intervenir pour le réparer ou le changer et c'est en cours. Les autres équipements fonctionnent parfaitement même s'ils ne sont pas neufs. Compte tenu de la surface de la villa, équipée d'une piscine indépendante, à proximité de la plage et du centre ville, dans un endroit calme et sans vis à vis, je peux vous assurer que le prix est l'un des moins chers de Moraira. Je suis surprise de votre avis, car depuis quatre années de location, les appréciations sont toutes très positives, et certains locataires relouent ma villa.

Haus (fast) wie beschrieben

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Moraira. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und wie man auf den Fotos sehen kann. Sauberkeit: gut. Nur zwei Dinge haben uns nicht gefallen: zum einen haben wir auf einmal einen fremden Mann am Pool vorgefunden. Der Poolreiniger. Er hat einen eigenen Schlüssel und kann also auf das Grundstück wann er will. Das hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst! Habe ich aber so weiter gegeben, dass Gäste im Voraus informiert werden.Zweitens steht in der Beschreibung, dass alle 3 Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage haben. Falsch: nur das Hauptschlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer haben einen Ventilator. Auf meine Nachfrage hin sagte man mir das sei ein Übersetzungsfehler der französischen Seite. Kommt mir aber komisch vor, da ich einen anderen Kommentar gelesen hatte, wo selbiges bemängelt wurde und die Inhaberin dann meinte, dass sie vergessen hätte, es zu ändern. Ansonsten aber wie gesagt alles wie beschrieben und ein gut ausgestattetes Haus:-)

Huur hier niet als je een proper huis wilt!

Een oud huis deert ons niet maar oud betekent niet vuil en/of gevaarlijk. We hebben van alles foto’s genomen en deze met uitleg gestuurd naar de eigenares, Mevr. Vidal. Ze biedt ons een compensatie van 150 euro aan MAAR ALLEEN NADAT we een review hebben geplaatst. Ze verwacht dus duidelijk een (valse) enthousiaste review. We zijn benieuwd of ze haar belofte houdt en ons de voorgestelde 150 euro compensatie gaat betalen. Hieronder een beperkte opsomming: 1. Er is enkel airco in 1 slaapkamer ipv alle 3 zoals vermeld in de adv. De reactie van de eigenares was: Ik ben vergeten de advertentie aan te passen maar in september is het toch niet zo warm meer, dus is er niet echt een probleem.” 2. De stopcontacten buiten zijn levensgevaarlijk. Bij gebruik van sommige kregen we schokken. In het huis, hangen stopcontacten uit de muur. 3. Algen in het zwembad maar een 1ste onderhoud kwam er maar pas meer dan een week na onze aankomst en alleen maar nadat wij contact opnamen met de verhuurder. 4. De (nog enigszins bruikbare) matrassen voor de bedden aan het zwembad waren zo vuil dat wij ze eerst gewassen hebben alvorens we ze durfden gebruiken. Sommige matrassen zitten vol scheuren. 5. Het appartement, zit vol met vocht en overal vallen grote stukken kalk van de muren. Dagelijks borstelen hielp niet veel, ’s anderdaags lagen er nieuwe brokken op de grond. 6. In de advertentie is er melding van een hangmat in de tuin, die is er niet (meer). 7. Zeer en vuil versleten materiaal.

Bonjour Madame, Je ne peux laisser votre avis sans y répondre, sachant qu’il est truffé de mensonges. En effet, je vous le confirme, il s’agit d’une villa des années 75, de style typiquement espagnol. Cette maison est bien équipée de 3 climatisations dont une dans une chambre et deux dans les deux salons/salles à manger. L’ancienne annonce prêtait à confusion, elle a été changée. Ensuite, votre récit n’est que mensonges. Vous êtes la première locataire depuis que nous louons notre villa à se comporter ainsi. Concernant la propreté de la piscine, notre pisciniste ayant eu un souci de santé et n’ayant pu intervenir pendant quelques jours de septembre. Il s’en est excusé et a très vite nettoyé la piscine et a repris ses passages deux jours par semaine. Sachez que parmi nos locataires, nous avons des clients fidèles qui reviennent chaque année, mais si tout ce que vous écrivez était la vérité, pensez vous qu’ils reviendraient ? Notre villa est une des moins chères à la location de Moraira, avec une piscine indépendante sans vis-à-vis et très proche de la plage et du centre ville. Si vous devez relouer une villa, je vous encourage à en choisir une plus chère et neuve, peut être correspondra t elle à vos exigences ... Bien à vous

Die Lage ist herausragend. Das Hsus bietet alles was man für eine gute Zeit benötigt. Ein Highlight ist der erwärmte Pool, der das Schwimmen im Oktober möglich macht.

Gran piscina

La casa está bien pero necesita mejoras, problemas de tuberías k se solucionaron, campaña extractora roto interruptor, parte de abajo con humedad, limpieza mejorable, ubicación un poco alejada de pueblo y playa unos 25 minutos andando, parte de arriba muy bien, piscina perfecta, buena comunicación con propietaria y persona de contacto allí, todo bien pero mejorable.

Everything you need for a holiday in Moraira

The villa was as described. It has everything a couple or a family would need. Great pool, plenty of choice of areas to sit out, either in shade or sun. Quiet area, 15 mins walk to town or beach. Only last 80 yards are uphill. (Many villas in Moraira are high up steep hills, not this one). 5 mins walk to good supermarket Spacious lounge, good kitchen. Double bedroom and one with 2 singles on main floor. Under the main floor is a separate apartment with lounge, kitchen, toilet and double bedroom . The villa could do with some items updated but clean and comfortable. The local host , Vicky, was very helpful, even answering my phone all at midnight, when I could get into villa! Moraira is a beautiful little town, with great beach and many fantastic restaurants . We would use this villa again

It is a quiet location and easy to get to the town of Moraira (just over a kilometer or so), shopping, the beach, or restaurants. Lighting the first fire in the fireplace was a bit challenging, but Vickie, the Property Manager, quickly explained how it worked. We were successful in getting it going and it helped us keep the utilities low during the day. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, and pans, making cooking easy. The front door lock is a problem, pointed out to us by the property manager. Locking and unlocking the door is difficult and time-consuming, making it a concern if an emergency should arise and we needed to vacate quickly. There are some plumbing issues as well. Unfortunately, the weather was not the best, being cold and raining almost the entire time we were there. It kept us from using any of the outside facilities - the porch, the swimming pool, the patio, or barbque.

Bonita casa en Moraira

La casita está muy bien y la zona y los alrededores muy bonitos. Con pueblo y playas cerca. La piscina 1gozada. La chica que se encarga de dar las llaves y gestionar todo,Vicky,muy maja servicial y encantadora. La única pega es que no hay televisión para españoles. Solo se ve la 1. Juegos de mesa y la tele enfocado para extranjeros.

Lovely house, a bit far from beach

We loved the house. Big, lot of equipment and great pool. But a bit far from the beach and on the ”wrong” side from restaurants. Pool keepers come twice a week.

Charmant séjour estival à Moraira

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa idéalement située à Moraira. Petite ville idéalement placée entre Valence et Alicante. La villa est proche de toutes les commodités, la plupart des choses peuvent se faire à pied. La villa est confortable et grande. La piscine est parfaite pour les enfants et un coin barbecue est présent. L'accueil sur place par Vicky est sympathique et les relations avec la propriétaire sont courtoises, directes et de qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit appel "qualité" après le séjour. Nous recommandons sans réserve!!!!

Second sejour dans une villa tres agréable

Je suis venu en vacances avec ma femme et mon bébé en juin 2015. Nous avions passé un excellent séjour sous le soleil, piscine très agréable et villa bien équipée et entretenue. Ce nouveau séjour a été tout aussi agréable et nous avons eu le plaisir de revoir la très charmante vicky sur place pour les clefs et les conseils (merci vicky pour les adresses de restaurant à moraira). Deux ans plus tard, la villa a évoluée avec le hamac dans le jardin (coin de repos très agréable pour lire), la table de ping-pong, et les barrières enfants pour sécuriser l’accès à la piscine. La propriétaire est toujours aussi disponible et à l’écoute. Sans aucun doute, nous relouerons l'année prochaine. Claude.

Situation idéale, excellent rapport qualité/prix!

La maison, propre et bien équipée est idéalement située. La propriétaire ainsi que la personne de contact sur place sont très sympathiques et disponibles! Quelques éléments mériteraient d'être rafraîchis, mais dans l'ensemble, rien ne manque pour un séjour agréable. Mention spéciale à la terrasse couverte et au barbecue pour passer des soirées fantastiques à l'extérieur (et par tous les temps!).

2eme séjour dans cette splendide villa, au calme, très confortable et propre. Celle ci est située à 15 min à pieds de la plage ou du centre. Très pratique et chacun y trouve sa place ( petits comme grands) . Le contact avec la propriétaire est facile. Il en est de même sur place avec la personne qui nous accueille. Magnifique séjour.

Très bien

Il s'agissait de notre deuxième séjour dans cette villa. Nous attendons avec impatience d'y retourner. L'accueil est très chaleureux. La villa est au calme, sans être éloignée du centre ville. Celui-ci est accessible à pied. Le niveau d'équipement est confortable, la piscine est chauffée. La ville de Moraira est très agréable. Une bonne adresse pour passer de très bonnes vacances en famille.

Je conseille cette villa sans aucune restriction

La description est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. La villa est au calme mais sans être isolée. Les plages et le centre-ville sont à quelques minutes à pieds. La villa est très très bien équipée, linge de lit, serviettes de bain. La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée. La piscine est agréable. le niveau d'intimité est suffisant. Les contacts avec les propriétaires et la personne sur place se sont tout à fait bien déroulés. Je conseille cette location sans aucune restriction.

Merveilleuses vacances

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison propre, confortable et bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine chauffée et l'emplacement au calme sans être trop éloigné du centre ville et des plages (15 min à pied). Seul point qui pourrait peut-être améliorer encore le confort : installer des ventilateurs dans les chambres car les nuits sont relativement chaudes. Moraira et ses environs sont très agréables (mention spéciale à la plage El Portet). Bref d'excellentes vacances en famille et un très bon accueil. Nous gardons l'adresse précieusement.

Superbe villa, idéalement placée. La description est conforme à la réalité. Nous avons été accueillis en français, tout est mis en oeuvre par la propriétaire afin de passer de bonnes vacances. Piscine chauffée entre 26 et 28 ° (au mois de mai) La région est belle et très ensoleillée. Nous reviendrons!
