Family house 'Chanteraine'

Comfortable villa - WIFI - Air conditioning upstairs
Fully fenced double exposure garden. You will be calm and safe there. You have two private entrances: 10, rue de la Garenne and 7 impasse du Bocage. We park without any problem either in front of the house or else in the dead end where you are sure of two private places.
Two terraces. In the morning, you can have breakfast on the wooden terrace with the morning sun on the Impasse side and you can have lunch on the large terrace of the house on the rue de la garenne side. You are protected from the sun by a large blind and can enjoy the plancha.
For your safety, we have also installed an alarm with remote surveillance.
For your comfort, the floor (bedrooms) is air conditioned.

Une vraie maison familiale de vacances

Une maison agréable où il fait bon passer ses vacances, nos enfants s'y sont immédiatement sentis chez eux. Il y a d'ailleurs des jeux, de la lecture et un large choix de DVD pour eux, ils se sont régalés! La situation est très facile, proche du marché, de la plage et des commerces. La cuisine est plus qu' équipée, on y trouve tout pour une belle table, les chambres grandes, la literie confortable. Le jardin est très agréable et très bien entretenu, nous n'avons par contre pas pu utiliser la plancha, dommage. Une maison qui donne envie de revenir.

Maison parfaite

Notre séjour en famille ( 3 enfants en bas âge et 3 adultes ) a été extrêmement agréable , la maison est très confortable, chaleureuse et parfaitement équipée . Le jardin est charmant, clos, sécurisé et convient très bien pour des petits enfants . Il y a deux terrasses pour prendre ses repas selon l heure de la journée . La maison est idéalement située , près de la mer, des commerçants, le quartier est très agréable et l on peut sans problème dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, il n y a pas le moindre de bruit. Bref un séjour parfait, des propriétaires adorables . A l année prochaine.!!!!!!

Gem of a Property

Catherine, I need to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your summer home in Palais- Sur-Mer. Villa Chanteraine is ideally located for beaches, shops and restaurants, with a gorgeous boulangerie just around the corner! We very much enjoyed the gardens which completely surrounded the villa; they were landscaped to an incredibly high standard and gave different options for al fresco dining. It was also convenient having a private secure driveway. The décor of your villa was very tasteful with various colour schemes for each room. The equipment supplied ensured we wanted for nothing and it was obvious we were not staying in a property simply furnished for holidaymakers, but staying in a quality property furnished for you. It felt like home! My grasp of the French language is sufficient to get by on holiday, but I have to thank you for your command of English during the booking process. This enabled me to be confident that our needs were understood. I would like to thank your daughters once again who met us on arrival and made us feel at home with their perfect English. Catherine, thank you once again. It has been a pleasure dealing with you and a treat staying at Villa Chanteraine! If we ever need to return to Palais we know where to stay! Jim Tyler

Séjour trs agréable dans cette demeure cosi

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine au calme dans cette maison très cosi, lumineuse, décorée avec goût et harmonie. Très bien équipée, on s'y sent "comme à la maison" et puis si vous aimez cuisiner, tout y est, l'espace, l'équipement et la proximité du marché central pour faire vos achats. La literie est de très bonne qualité, ce qui est loin d'être la règle dans les locations. C'est vraiment sympa Saint Palais

une location de charme

Idéalement placée entre la plage du centre et celle du Platin,à proximité du centre ville et du marche,c'est une location de rêve. La décoration est très réussie avec ses couleurs gaies subtilement associées,c'est une maison où on se sent bien.Elle est très bien équipée,aucun accessoire ne manque,c'est vraiment gentil de la part des propriétaires de laisser tout cela a notre disposition! Le jardin est ravissant et intime,avec ses deux grandes terrasses idéales pour manger dehors a l'abri des regards. Nous avons passe une semaine extrêmement agréable avec l'illusion d’être dans notre maison de famille.... Catherine nous avait donne tous les renseignements nécessaires jusqu'au moindre détail.

Très belle maison de famille

Cette maison de famille vous enchantera par son confort et sa décoration de très bon gout (peintures, joli choix de coloris, éclairages nobles, meubles de qualité...). Elle est conforme à l'annonce. Son équipement est complet et de qualité. Agencement et espace confortable et aéré. Elle se situe à 200 m de la plage dans un environnement calme et propice au repos. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied. On s'y sent très rapidement chez soit, un véritable esprit de famille règne dans cette demeure. L'accueil a été chaleureux et simple. La propriétaire a vraiment le soucis du bien être de ses locataires, c'est très appréciable. Aucun doute à avoir, pour ma part au bout de 8 locations sur ce site, je mets la note de 5/5.

Très agréable villa

Avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la Villa Chanteraine grâce à son équipement (excellente literie entre autre...), ses terrasses et son jardin "bord de mer", l la proximité du centre ville pour les courses et celle de 2 plages de St Palais sur Mer, tout pouvant se faire sans avoir besoin de la voiture !!!! En résumé, excellente adresse pour des vacances à la mer. Avec mes remerciements à Catherine, la propriétaire.
