Island D Elba Capo D Arco: Villa on the promontory among flowers and scents

Capo d'Arco is a private area of ​​300 hectares, in a unique position, in the countryside, overlooking the sea of ​​the island. Owners and their guests is reserved access and use of various facilities including four swimming pools.
The house is located in a unique location, very quiet. And 'well-furnished, consists of two independent units, each with bathroom and air conditioning. The first is a semi-detached house with living room including the kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom and closet. The second is separated from the garden and consists of a bedroom with twin beds that can be united full bathroom. Zum Strand runter nur 10 min. zu Fuß jedoch zurück sicher 20 min. da es schon Steil ist. Die Ruhe im Haus und Umgebung war toll,und Aussicht auf 2 Seiten hin. wäre Mein Mann nicht Lungenkrank würden Wir jederzeit wieder kommen.

Mit Hund ja, aber bitte nicht an den eigenen Zugängen zum Wasser

Das Ferienhaus und der Kontakt zum Vermieter waren einwandfrei! Der Garten und auch die Ausstattung des Hauses inklusive Nebengebäude waren sehr gut und gepflegt. Hinsichtlich der Lage, ist man auf einen PKW angewiesen, da die nächsten Orte (Porto Azzuro) nicht fußläufig entfernt sind. Dazu kommt, dass Haustiere zwar erlaubt sind, in der Anlage auch viele Spender für Kotbeutel und entsprechende Abfallbehälter zur Verfügung stehen, jedoch der Hund nicht mit an die Möglichen Badestellen mitgenommen werden "darf". Zudem gibt es nur angeleinte Auslaufmöglichkeit und ein Freilauf ist gar nicht möglich. Es gibt keinen Hinweis, aber es wird einem "Bescheidgegeben". Es sind felsige und wenig Kies bietenden Wasserzugänge, somit sind Badeschuhe bei empfindlichen Füßen zu empfehlen. Die Anlage ist im Allgemeinen wie ein Feriendorf und bietet zwei Restaurationen. Eine Pizzeria am Pool (Tischreservierung notwendig! Unfreundliches Personal) das anderer Restaurant liegt oberhalb der schönen Naturpools und ist mit einer übersichtlichen Karte aber sehr empfehlenswert. So sind wir dann an die anderen Strände und Orte gefahren, die die wunderschöne Insel Elba bietet.

Appartamento non corrispondente a quanto visionato sul sito. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato un formicaio sulla zanzariera, all'interno dell'appartamento non si può lasciare cibo, come pane, biscotti, ecc, dentro la credenza, altrimenti arrivano molte formiche. La seconda camera non molto pulita e senza aerazione, per cui rimaneva un odore sgradevole di muffa, inoltre di mattina entrava molta luce dalla vetrata sprovvista di tende oscuranti. Certamente l'appartamento non corrispondente al prezzo pagato. Per quanto riguarda la località Capo d'Arco, non c'è nulla da dire, bello il paesaggio, le piscine e la tranquillità di trovarsi in una zona privata, senza confusione.

Ein wundervoller Ort!!!

Welch ein wundervoller Ort zum Entspannen! Wir waren mit 4 Personen (2 Erw + 2 Kinder) plus Hund für eine Woche in Capo D´Arco. Das Haus liegt wunderschön und ruhig am Ende der Anlage. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Alles sehr gepflegt. Das kleine Nebengebäude mit dem zusätzlichen Schlafraum plus Bad ist wunderbar.

Luogo immerso nella natura, molto bello e tranquillo, ma.........

La casa principale contiene tutti gli effetti personali dei proprietari quindi ci si sente poco liberi di usarla a piacere, fatto salvo la cucina molto bene attrezzata. L'accoglienza da parte della persona incaricata, è stata pressoché inesistente perché assolutamente avara di indicazioni utili per un buon utilizzo delle attrezzature, sia all'interno della casa che nel comprensorio di Capo d'Arco. Per quanto riguarda la dependance, è risultata priva di piccole ma essenziali comodità che non sono state prese in considerazione dai proprietari a seguito della nostra richiesta. Riteniamo i proprietari poco professionali nella veste di locatori.

IL PARADISO DI CAPO D'ARCO

Siamo appena tornati a casa e già ci manca la pace assoluta di quella casa poichè è in posizione decentrata rispetto ai residence e non ci passa quasi nessuno .Inoltre il giardino è molto rigoglioso e vario per non parlare del belvedere dove c'è una vista magnifica sul mare. La sera guardavamo il cielo stellato con le cicale in sottofondo e la mattina guardavamo il mare ascoltando il cinguettio degli uccellini. Eravamo in 2 coppie, insieme ma con la propria privacy infatti una ha alloggiato nell'abitazione principale mentre io e mio marito nella depandance che è piccola avendo solo camera e bagno ma molto curata nei dettagli e sembrava di essere su una nave per via delle finestre con oblò. La casa è arredata con molto gusto avendo mobili di pregio e aspetto rustico e corredata di ogni tipo di utensili. Abbiamo sempre pranzato fuori nella grande veranda dove la vista sul giardino era magnifica ed anche Greta la nostra canina ha molto apprezzato ! Monica la proprietaria ed Ennio suo marito sono stati molto gentili, disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze anche se non ci siamo incontrati di persona ma tramite persone di loro fiducia che ci hanno accolto e seguito durante la nostra permanenza lì. Sicuramente una casa da consigliare anche a chi ha cani o bambini piccoli poichè è tutta recintata. Da ritornarci !!!

villa gradevolissima immersa nel verde

Siamo stati in questa bella casa dal 3 al 10 settembre. i cordiali proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare tutto nelle migliori condizioni. immersa nel verde e riservatissimo comprensorio di Capo d'Arco dove possono accedere solo i proprietari delle case e i loro ospiti, ha come punto di forza una posizione di assoluta tranquillità e un giardino curatissimo. Vicino alla villa partono due sentieri panoramici che permettono di raggiungere in pochi minuti da una parte il caratteristico laghetto di terranera e dall' altra una splendida spiaggetta di fronte allo scoglio dell' Ortano, dove il mare, già bellissimo ovunque, diventa caraibico. C'è la possibilità di usufruire liberamente delle piscine ubicate nel comprensorio dove potersi ulteriormente rilassare. Lettini e ombrelloni qualora se ne volesse usufruire, sono però a pagamento.

incantevole, perfetto per chi è in cerca di relax

Io e mio marito siamo stati ospiti della villa a settembre scorso. Il promontorio su cui sorge la villa è intimo, lontano dalla folla, completamente immerso nella natura e nei profumi dell'isola con bellissima vista panoramica. L'accesso al comprensorio è solo per i pochi residenti le cui proprietà sono ben distanziate le une dalle altre, per cui abbiamo potuto passare una vacanza in piena libertà senza sentirci osservati e con l'impressione di essere un po' padroni dell'isola! La villa è in cima al promontorio, dotata di ogni comfort inclusa l'aria condizionata, molto curata e pulita. Dal terrazzo sopra la dependance si riesce a vedere il mare dai due lati del promontorio. Noi ci stavamo spesso a riposare e godere del tramonto sulle sdraio. Il giardino, una vera chicca, ampio e rigoglioso, offre possibilità di grigliare e cenare all'aperto sotto il pergolato su un bellissimo tavolo con panca, tutto in granito. La proprietaria cordiale e organizzatissima ci ha fatto trovare biancheria e lenzuola a disposizione. Nessuna pecca...la stanza e il bagno nella dependance sono più alla buona, non li abbiamo usati essendo solo in due ma si tratta di una soluzione comunque perfetta sia per due coppie che per una famiglia con figli non eccessivamente piccoli. Le piscine e l'accesso privato alla spiaggia sono a pochi minuti a piedi dalla villa. Mare bellissimo sia per fare il bagno che per fare snorkelling. Ci torneremo anche quest'anno per rilassarci con una coppia di amici..Consigliatissimo per chi ama la natura e vuole immergersi nell'atmosfera dell'isola!

bello il comprensorio ma casa scomoda.

Il comprensorio di Capo d'Arco è isolato da tutto e ha pochi servizi ma è l'ideale per chi ama il contatto con la natura; il mare è trasparente, dai colori splendidi, ricco di pesci; la spiaggia è molto piccola ma in luglio del tutto vivibile e ben gestita, inoltre ci sono molti accessi al mare dagli scogli. Le piscine sono belle, ben tenute, adatte a tutti. Ci tornerei, ma in una casa diversa, perché questa per noi era un po' scomoda, piccola, con la stanza separata dal corpo centrale, faticosa da raggiungere soprattutto a pranzo per via della salita, impegnativa sotto il sole di luglio e con due bambine. L' arredamento è antiquato, poco funzionale; il giardino è grande e bello ma non abbiamo trovato sdraio o sedie da giardino; pulizia non proprio perfetta, con tovaglie macchiate, in un angolo un sacco con bottiglie di plastica da buttare. In conclusione, per quel prezzo penso che la qualità della casa sia insufficiente, anche se il comprensorio è molto bello.

Traumhafter Urlaub mit wunderschönem Strand

Sehr schönes Haus, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, ein Schlafzimmer außerhalb des Hauses in einem separaten "Kämmerchen", konnten wir aus der Beschreibung nicht herauslesen. Die gesamte Ferienanlage Capo d'Arco hat absolutes Erholungsflair, wunderschöner Süß- & Meerwasserpool, das Mittagsbuffet am Strand war für Auge und Gaumen sehr ansprechend. Faszinierende Unterwasserwelt, haben sehr viel geschnorchelt. Anfahrt mit dem Privatauto und mit der Fähre hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub und wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren!

Capo d´Arco

Die große, bewachte Ferienanlage, in der sich Objekte vom Luxushaus bis hin zu kleinen Appartements befinden, liegt an einem wirklich wunderschönen Küstenstreifen. Vom Haus zur Bucht geht man ca. 10 Minuten, zum Salzwasserpool ca. 15 Minuten, der Süßwasserpool ist weiter entfernt. Am anderen Ende der Anlage gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der nächste Ort mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ca. 5 km entfernt. Das Haus liegt am Ende der Anlage auf einer Anhöhe, die über eine unbefestigte, recht steile Zufahrt zu erreichen ist. Im großen Garten befindet sich das gut eingerichtete Haupthaus mit kombiniertem Wohn/Küchenraum, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad. Das zweite, kleine Schlafzimmer befindet sich 10 m entfernt, und ist in einen Hügel unter der zweiten Terrasse "eingebaut", gleich daneben befindet sich, ähnlich wie in einem großen Wandschrank untergebracht, Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette. Wenn die Wandschranktüren göffnet sind, befindet man sich beinahe im Freien. Der Komfort im zweiten Zimmer ist sehr eingeschränkt, andererseits hat es einen durchaus mediteranen und romantischen Charme. Die Lage des Hauses selbst und der Garten, sind mehr als idyllisch. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sowohl Strand als auch Pools sind überdurchschnittlich ansprechend und schön gelege

Schöner Urlaub in sehr schöner Vegetation

Haus und Garten sind wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Leider wurde nicht kommuniziert, dass sich das 2. Zimmer ausserhalb des Hauses befindet hinter der Palme auf den Fotos. Dieses Zimmer ist eine extrem einfache Bleibe mit kleinem WC/Dusche gerade daneben. Unsere Kinder wollten dort allerdings nicht übernachten. 1 Sonnenschirm mit 2 Liegen kostet pro Woche 175 Euro am Pool am Meer und am Süsswasserpool, muss man jedoch nicht zwingend mieten, kann auch so im Pool baden.
