We had a wonderful stay at Paul's rental (West Suite). Fantastic location with ocean view and quick walk to the ocean. Sparkling clean and spacious pool/hot tub setup with chaise lounges, table, floaties, etc. High quality and very comfortable furnishings. Just a great place to hang out and relax. Paul was easy to reach and provided all the information we needed for our stay. We enjoyed staying on a street that is almost all single family homes - quieter than a condo or hotel setup, and never an issue to park out front. Highest recommendation.

Paul was a nice host & made everything easy for us. Location was wonderful with easy access to the bay. Pool was great & view was stunning! Quiet neighborhood with amenities nearby. It was nice to have a small well stocked kitchen and outside grill. The addition of a single induction burner would have been helpful & made a big difference for us.We will be back & hope to see you again next year Paul!

Paul is an amazing host, very generous, thoughtful, and accommodating. This was our 5th time vacationing in Hawaii, and Paul’s property was by far the BEST! Super clean, comfortable, private, and well appointed. We loved the fish shaped pool, perfectly clean and well-maintained. The ocean view was breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We would love to stay here again.

The property is unusual and extraordinary. You have access to a private backyard, pool and spa, shared only with a second rental unit. The backyard has ocean views and multiple lounge chairs and tables. The location is walking distance to the outrigger hotel and the main area where the Fairwind and Manta Ray snorkel cruisers leave. Great place to stay, relax and enjoy the best of the Big Island.
