Accessible from the private interior elevator lobby, this beautifully designed space features a spacious open layout, custom furnishings, designer finishes, and a gourmet kitchen with Corian countertops.
Condo details:
* Separate laundry room.
* Reserved covered parking.
* The grand room adjoins the kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining room, which flow into the deck featuring two recliners, high-back chairs, and a table. Lots of open space and seating, great for entertaining! Large screen TV and entertainment center. Trey and coffered 9-foot ceilings, & large sliding glass doors.
* All bedrooms walk out to a balcony.
* King-size bed in both the master and the second bedroom.
* Couch folds into a Queen bed.
* Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player.
* Wireless high-speed internet is available.
* Washer/Dryer

Two beautiful lagoon pools with spa.
Silver Beach Towers has building security. Amenities include tennis, gas grills, and an outdoor dining area.


Our unit is located directly across the street from The Track and a short walk to Big Kahuna`s.
Easy access to the Destin Airport.
Less than 1 mile to Destin Commons, Destin’s premier shopping, dining, cinema, and family entertainment complex.
Approximately five miles from Destin`s Silver Sands Factory Stores Outlets. The nation`s largest designer outlet center.

Beach service is available; guest has to pay $30 per day set up fee for beach chairs.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

everything was PERFECT! i had a little trouble when i arrived due to not getting the email on where to pick up the packet and the lady i called was rude but once i was checked in everything is beyond perfect

Very clean and well furnished. Enjoyed waking up and walking out to the balcony overlooking the water. Parking was easy and there were a lot of restaurants and things to do close by. Was nice to have two pools and food and drink right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay.

View is beautiful, rooms are wonderful - but there seems to not be any upkeep on the property aside from cleaning. The counters will stain if you put a Walmart bag on them, luckily we were able to get it off. The light in the laundry room was making a noise and then stopped working and then randomly started working again. The Tv in the master bedroom is trash. We tried every which way to get it to work and it just keeps loading and doesn’t work even when I connected it to my hotspot - also the WIFI is no existent and service is 50/50 not great phone service and the WIFI is a public beach WiFi that doesn’t really work well.The pull out bed in the couch was disgusting, covered in stains and .. bent? The frame for it was bent and unable to be slept on. View is 100/10 , cleanliness is 10/10 , maintenance though is 3/10. Seems like the property is meant to look nice but just isn’t kept up with. Also the fire alarm went off for no reason, scared the life out of us but nothing happened to cause it. Unsure why it did that. Overall would definitely book again just because it is gorgeous, but inconvenient. Pool and hot tub and beach access is also 100/10. Just needs some basic maintenance done and it’ll be perfect. Overpriced though for the current quality it’s in. Would recommend as long as you read the reviews so you know what to expect.

Thank you for the detailed feedback — glad the view, rooms, cleanliness, pool/hot tub, and beach access stood out. I’m sorry the stay was disrupted by maintenance issues. I’ve passed everything to our team and scheduled the following actions: - Counters: housekeeping performed a targeted clean; we’ve scheduled an inspection to remove any remaining stains and determine whether sealing or replacement is needed. - Laundry-room light: maintenance will inspect and repair/replace the fixture and wiring to prevent intermittent failures. - Master bedroom TV and Wi‑Fi: a technician will troubleshoot the TV and streaming setup. We’re also discussing options with the building/association to improve internet reliability (boosters or a private solution where allowed). - Pull-out sofa: that’s unacceptable — we’ve scheduled a deep clean and inspection of the frame and mattress; if it can’t be safely repaired, we will replace it. - Fire alarm: maintenance and the condo association will check the detector and the system to find and fix the cause of the false alarm. We appreciate you calling these items out — your comments help prioritize repairs so the property’s condition matches the experience and price. Hope we’ll have a chance to host you again once these items are resolved. Team BBG

We loved our view . We loved the location. property was well kept and clean.

We had a relaxed fun stay. I enjoyed having the beach service. They were very polite and helpful. We were located closely to restaurants gift shops all that were pretty much in walking distance. Will definitely recommend this property.

Best view!

We loved our location and view of the room. Clean and spacious rooms. The balcony was the star of the show. The owner also helped out with beach chair rentals which was top notch in my book! Can’t wait to come again!!

There seems to be a hot water issue. Not always having hot water for the kitchen sink, bathroom laboratory, or shower. More than 4 spoons are needed for dining.

Great location and perfect condo!

Great location and perfect condo! Had everything we needed and beautiful and clean! Wonderful view, and you couldn't hear the other guests from your balcony. The balcony is well designed not to be up agains the other rooms!
