Interior elevator lobby, fabulous open floor plan, custom furnishings, draperies, wall coverings & accessories, custom cabinets, & corian countertops in the kitchen., Separate laundry room, reserved covered parking. The grand room adjoins the kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room which flows to the deck with two recliners and high back chairs and table. Lots of open space and seating, great for entertaining! Large screen TV and entertainment center. Trey and coffered 9-foot ceilings, & large sliding glass doors. All bedrooms walk out to a balcony. King Size Bed in both master and second bedroom. Couch folds into Queen bed. Each bedroom has its` own TV and DVD player. Wireless high speed internet is available. Two beautiful lagoon pools and with spa. Silver Beach Towers has building security: amenities include tennis,gas grills and outdoor dining area available. Interior Features: Breakfast Bar, Ceiling:Raised, Floor:Tile, Floor:W/W Carpet, Furnished:All, Shelving, Split Bedroom, Queen couch with linens, Washer/Dryer, Window Treatment Our unit is located directly across the street from, The Track, and short walk to Big Kahuna`s. Easy access to the Destin Airport. Less than 1 mile to Destin Commons, Destin’s premier shopping, dining, cinema, and family entertainment complex. Approximately five miles from Destin`s Silver Sands Factory Stores Outlets. The nation`s largest designer outlet center. Beach service is available, guest has to pay $30 per day set up fee for beach chairs. The resort is doing work on all balcony stack from 2/1/25 to 8/13/25, there will be workers and scaffolds present during this time.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Very clean and well furnished. Enjoyed waking up and walking out to the balcony overlooking the water. Parking was easy and there were a lot of restaurants and things to do close by. Was nice to have two pools and food and drink right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location and perfect condo!

Great location and perfect condo! Had everything we needed and beautiful and clean! Wonderful view, and you couldn't hear the other guests from your balcony. The balcony is well designed not to be up agains the other rooms!

Weekend getaway

Condo has a very nice lay out with views from all rooms , spacious, very comfortable . We are water drinkers so my only complaint was no ice maker or filtered drinking water …but loved the place other than that !

Three Day Stay

Beautiful facility and great location. Private secured parking space a plus. The check in and checkout process is a little unique but convenient. We stayed in 1002E. The condo is a two bedroom two bath but a bit outdated. Shag carpet in main living area needs to go. There were also a couple of issues with exhaust fans in the bathrooms (need cleaning)

Silver beach condo

Great location, easy access to pick up keys, pool was freezing, only one hot tub worked. Appliances are dated and rusty but unit was clean overall. Elevators were fast. Goregous views on the beach! Walking distance to go karts, restaurants etc.

Great Location!

Overall the stay was great! Location is near many stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The rooms looked clean, but could improve on details like dusting and cleaning the shower thoroughly. The blanket in the main room was not clean and smelled like sweat. I had to wash it myself.

Fall Break

We had a great trip. The view was Beautiful. The check in & check out could have been better. They need a drop box or somethings at that condo instead of having to drive 20 mins out of the way to get the keys. Overall time was grst though.

Overdue getaway!

Property was absolutely gorgeous. Pools were amazing. And beach access was even better. Condo was VERY clean as I own a cleaning service so I was impressed. Condo is dated but that’s not a concern for me being as I don’t live there. Only thing I would change would be the beds.. not very comfortable they could stand to be updated to a better mattress..other than that our stay was awesome!

Gorgeous beach

The views were stunning. The location was great. The only issues we had were the carpet was old and felt wet to our feet and the deck furniture was rusty, otherwise it was exactly what we needed. The beach and the pool and the beach service was fantastic. The condo is clean. The bedding was sufficient. The only issue was the remotes for the TVs. Didn’t have any directions on how to use and we had to replace batteries.

Great view but outdated unit

There were several things that needed attention in the unit. Several lamps did not have working light bulbs. Two of the televisions didn't work and there were 2 broken lamp shades. The unit had a musty smell when we arrived. The curtains in the one bedroom were badly torn. The view from the unit was amazing and all the facilities offered on the property were very nice.

First Time To Destin

The property was very nice. Only issues were EXTREMELY difficult to get into room. Locks were messed up and when contacted management they sent 2 people to "help" but basically said we had to deal with it. Bring extra toilet paper since only 1 roll per bathroom. Also, no paper towels or tissues so bring those. Also bring hand soap and shampoo. Views are awsome and grounds kept clean.

Thanksgiving week vaca

The condo was beautifully placed right on the beach of the emerald coast. However, the check in process was a pain. It required a stop to the office for keys to unit. The office was unmarked and hard to find. There wasn’t anyone in the office during Business hours. Also, the master bathroom shower drain was completely stopped up. I reported it day 2 of our week vacation and wasn’t fixed. 5 inches of water was standing in shower for entire week. The rental agreement was supposed to be sent over via email within 48 hours of booking. I didn’t receive it until a week prior to trip. Trip had been book for 2 months. This rental agreement had important info regarding parking. I trailered motorcycles Down on a 6 foot trailer and having this information of No trailer parking on premises would’ve been useful. This created a hassle during our vacation that could’ve been prevented if the information was delivered within a timely manner. I did relay this to manager. She stated she would then send info to her boss. I never heard from them again regarding this matter.

Nice Property

The condo itself is very beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The views are great and it is very clean. The condo had so many rules and regulations to follow. If you were not wearing your band in the pool they made you get out and go put it on. You could not have any drinks near the pool, even if it was in cans. Too many rules when you are just trying to have a fun vacation, who really wants to keep up with those bands in the ocean or at the pool? The rental property DOES come with two beach chairs and umbrella. No one tells you that you have this. Reserve them if you book this condo so you can get front row, otherwise you get what is left. You have to get special permission to bring your own chairs and umbrellas and could only sit in the “wet sand” with them. Just like the other reviews have stated going 15 min past your condo to get your keys is a waste of time, especially after you have been driving all day. Once we got there to get the keys the lock box was broke and had to get in touch with someone to get us keys which took even longer. They require you to call to checkout but you cannot get a hold of anyone to checkout. I called 10 times and finally just left a message. Overall the condo itself is amazing but the building has too many rules to follow. It would be more convenient to have a keyless entry for guests instead of all the hassle you have to go through to get actual keys. I mean we are in 2021.

Condo with no refrigerator

Refrigerator was not cold from day 1 and no ice maker! I called to report the issue they said they would send someone out. Next day was Sat. I called to ask about refrigerator. They said some one was on their way. Sunday I called they said sorry no one will come on weekends to fix the fridge it would be Monday. I called Monday they said repairman was coming leave key under the mat outside of the door. No one came called back that afternoon they said sorry it will be tomorrow. So Wednesday left key out. I one came so no fridge or ice for the whole week I did not go on vacation to deal with these issues! Carpet needs to be replaced and garbage disposal leaks under sink! I was trying to be understanding but that is so wrong and I was doing all the following up and no one seems to be concerned! Also one of my keys out of the three did not work so we went out one night and could not get into the garage or my room!!! I had to go to the POA and not all his keys worked but one he finally got us in but the door is very hard to open and close again needs maintenance but that does not seem to be important to this owner I would not stay at this condo unless you want to deal with multiple problems!

Great location and condo complex; bad management

Location was great. Pool and beach were fantastic! Condo was nice. Issues: 1. We had to drive 35 minutes out of our way from the airport to pickup and drop off our keys at the property manager office. 2. None of the TV remotes had working batteries - had to buy all new ones. 3. The main couch in the living room had a very strong smell of urine. If you sat on it your clothes smelled like urine. 4. Hardly any instructions on getting into the building, handling garbage, etc. 5. I called, emailed, and texted the property management company with questions and didn't receive any responses. 6. No cleaning supplies or leftover item from previous guests (coffee filters, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc). 7. The coffee pot was disgusting and had a thick layer of burnt coffee seared to the bottom of it. 8. Only one of our keys worked in the door to the condo. 9. We had no reservations for chairs/umbrella on the beach. Everyone else who rented a condo had access to them but we did not. 10. The main kitchen light did not work. For staying at a luxury property like this we would fairly disappointed in the property manager. We had friends staying at the same location with a different property manager and didn't run into any of these problems. We are definitely planning on returning to Silver Beach Towers but will not be going through Best Beach Getaways.
