David was an excellent host, and we would absolutely stay here again. Having the golf cart to get to Baytowne Wharf, the beach, and the pickleball courts was a huge bonus. The villa’s location right next to the pool was also perfect.

Great Sandestin Resort location!

We had a great time. It is the perfect location with the pool close by and easy access to the beach. The golf cart was the best making it easy and fun to get to the beach and Baytowne. There was plenty of room for all of us. We would recommend it.

Wonderful family friendly community

We had a fantastic time….clean, spacious and very close to the beach! The pool next to the condo was wonderful too! We will for sure stay there again! It was prefect for us and we are a family of 7.

This villa is perfect. Location is next to a large quiet pool. Golf cart was key to take to beach or Baytowne and Grand Blvd strip.
