Transport and activities are easily accessible on foot. Bikes can be rented near the apartment for easy access to the cycle paths around the lake and beyond.
In winter access to the ski resorts is easy by car or facilitated by shuttles (La Clusaz at 30 km, Le Semnoz at 20 km, etc.).
The street is not busy but close to the old town and the lake, restaurants and shops. Close to the promenade of the Annecy canals.

Perfectly located appartment

We had a great stay in Annecy. Communication with the owners was very good. Appartment contained everything we needed. Perfect location on walking distance from the old centre and lake. The garage (on walking distance) was big enough (5 m) for our tall car. The only suggestion we have is to keep all windows and curtains closed in summer to prevent the appartment from becoming an oven. (Despite the fans). It worked out well for us. appartment

Excellent séjour !

L’appartement est très bien placé, proche de la gare et du centre ville et dans un quartier calme. Il est bien équipé et fonctionnel. Suzanne et Robert nous ont très bien accueillies et ont été très prévenants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Très bon séjour

Bon emplacement avec garage à 5/10 min poir découvrir Annecy à pieds et la voiture piur dé ouvrir les environs. Le lac est à 15/20 min à pieds. Agréable séjour. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons.

Idéalement situé pour un job séjour à Annecy

Excellent séjour à Annecy où nous avons pu profiter de toutes les activités (visites de la ville et ses monuments, randonnées autour du lac et dans les alpages, vélos, parapente...). Nous avons été accueillis par nos hôtes qui sont charmants et nous ont parfaitement conseillé sur les activités et les choses pratiques (bus gratuits l'été). De plus, un garage fermé est proposé avec la location. C'est un point non négligeable dans une ville. Nous avons fait le tour du lac sans utiliser la voiture une seule fois.

Vacances avec mes petits enfants

J'ai passé une très agréable semaine de vacances en compagnie de mes petits enfants âgés de 4 et 8 ans. L'appartement est très propre et très bien équipé, très bien situé pour chaque jour nous permettre de nous rendre tous les trois en vélo nous baigner au Lac d'Annecy. Pouvoir garer voiture et vélos à environ 400m de l'appartement nous a vraiment rendu service. Mamy seule avec deux petits, j'ai été très touchée par l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires de l'appartement, leur aide et leur disponibilité. Je recommande ce lieu de séjour, où j'envisage de revenir pour de futures vacances.

Très bon séjour à Annecy

Appartement propre, bien situé et très bien équipé. On peut aller dans le vieux Annecy à pied, en longeant le Thiou en 10 minutes. Le garage est un gros plus. Suzanne et Robert sont très accueillants, disponibles et de très bons conseils pour les visites aux alentours. Ils vous mettent à l'aise. On se croirait comme à la maison. Annecy et ses alentours valent le coup d'être visités. Un vrai coup de coeur pour cette ville.

un agréable séjour dans cet appartement

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par un Stéphanie et son mari, qui nous ont installé dans ce charmant appartement bien situé et bien équipé . Ce fut notre jolie base afin de découvrir les plus beaux endroits d'Annecy et rayonner autour du lac et dans la région. Le garage fut un plus très important !! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour alors au risque de me répéter : le budget de notre séjour fut maitrisé pour une charmante location et un garage digne de fort knox, le pays est beau, la gastronomie excellente, les propriétaires très sympathiques, nous aurions aimé mieux les connaitre !
