Thanks a lot for having us in this beautiful and traditionell house. We felt direct at home! It’s very well located - quiet on the landside, not so far from the „City“ and the sea is also for a little early swim close enough (Cala Saona). Everything is in a very good condition and Anna and her husband are VERY friendly and helpfull. We are definitly coming back!

best accommodation we ever had in Formentera

It was a typical finca from the nineteenfifties, equipped and lovelingly furnished with typical furniture and accessories from the time of construction, two double bedrooms, one with a single bed, a modern bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower, two beautiful terraces, outdoor grill, kitchen with all necessary appliances, wash house with washing machine and dryer. The house is at the end of a field path, completely quiet, surrounded only by fields and vines. There is a neighboring property where three geese are kept, but they only occasionally cackle. From there, a cat visits us from time to time. The town of Sant Fracesc is only a 5 minute drive away but behind a hill, no noise impact whatsoever. And the owner, Anna dear, visited us twice a week with fresh towels. She is an extremely friedly and lovely lady. We will be very happy to come back. But keep in mind: On Formentera you need wheels. From the house you can reach each of the different beaches in 15 minutes. Because of the quiet atmosphere, a beautiful beach with hamacas and sombrillas, we preferred REAL PLAYA on the Migtjorn, because they also run a very good restaurant there. Anna, we'll come back !!

La casa a estado genial, limpieza, camas, ubicación, anfitriones….. lo único que dado a la ola de calor echamos en falta un aire acondicionado aunque teníamos ventiladores en todas las habitaciones no se notaban por lo demás todo genial y gracias a Anna y su marido por el trato.

Una casita de campo preciosa con todo el encanto de las casitas de pagés de la isla. Muy tranquila. Muy bien ubicada, en el centro de la isla y junto a la población más grande pero con las ventajas del campo. De muy fácil acceso.. Y Anna, un encanto. Ha sido realmente sencillo tratar con ella. Una estancia más que recomendable.

La casa esta genial y Ana es muy amable y atenta en todo momento. No le falta detalle. Igual unas mosquiteras ayudarian mucho porque en la isla hay muchos mosquitos pero en general todo estupendo! Gracias!

Muy bonita

La casa es muy bonita, está bien equipada y bien cuidada, la ubicación es la que dice en el anuncio, y los alrededores son muy tranquilos, hay que decir que los colchones de las literas son bastante básicos e incomodos y que cuando alquilas la casa el precio aumenta según el número de personas que vayáis, y te cobran un extra sin factura.

Similar to what I read previously, the pictures do not do the place justice. Huge front garden with lemon & olive trees! Great outside space at the back including loungers. the house had everything you require and Anna was helpful & always available if required. Already thinking about my next trip.

Maison très agréable au bout d'un chemin. Vue lointaine sur le mer à quelques minutes en voiture de St François et un quart d'heure des plages. Bon accueil de la part d'Anna qui nous a fait découvrir sa maison. Très propre et bien équipée avec un bbq. Beau jardin agrémenté d'arbres fruitiers.

La maison est bien située par rapport à San Francisco et différents points d'intérêt de l'île, elle est bien équipée et fonctionnelle, elle est conforme à la description. La propriétaire Anna est très sympa et disponible en cas de problème. Les œufs et les oranges de la voisine sont excellents.

Tolles Quartier, überkomplette Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage auf nicht asphaltierter Seitenstraße, ein Mietauto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Keine einzige Mücke während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts. Keine Klimaanlage, ist aber auch nicht notwendig. Perfekt funktionierendes WLAN. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man mobil ist.

Ciao!! Ho soggiornato in questa casa con un gruppo di amiche e abbiamo veramente sfruttato appieno il soggiorno. La casa è' immersa nella natura, spaziosa e pulita. Con un doppio cortile, parcheggio e un bellissimo terrazzo sul retro con vista mare. Ideale per chi ama la tranquillità e la privacy. È' in un ottima posizione e in macchina si raggiungono in breve tempo tutte le spiaggette e zone dell'isola. Raccomandata per vivere una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della natura.

El trato con la propietaria fue excepcional desde el primer momento, la casa está ubicada en una zona perfecta, lo suficientemente alejada del tráfico para no molestar y a un camino de tierra de la carretera principal. Las fotos no hacen del todo justicia a la casa, realmente cómoda y con mucho espacio. Sinceramente acertamos de pleno en la elección, nos sentimos mejor que en nuestra propia casa. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Muy recomendable.

Villa ideale per qualsiasi esigenza

Ho soggiornato in questa splendida villa per una settimana con un gruppo di ragazzi di 20 anni. La casa è ben tenuta, pulita e curata è davvero completa di tutto quello che serve e di qualsiasi confort. La posizione è ottima, la zona è tranquilla fuori dai rumori dei paesini e delle strade ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile (vista la ridotta dimensione dell'isola). La spiaggia più vicina è la splendida Cala Saona, anche se comunque noleggiando auto o moto tutte le altre spiagge o il centro di Es Pujol sono raggiungibili in circa 10 minuti. Ringrazio i proprietari che ci hanno accolto in modo caloroso e gentile rendendosi disponibili nell'accompagnarci dal porto alla casa con la propria automobile. La casa è ottima sia per famiglie che per gruppi di amici, la consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliano trascorrere una vacanza nella splendida Formentera a un prezzo conveniente.

Villa tipica di Formentera ideale per famiglie

Il giudizio è molto positivo. La villa è nuova, tenuta bene e molto pulita. La posizione è ideale per chi vuole stare lontano dal caos e vivere una vacanza in tutto relax. Allo stesso tempo è vicinissima al centro ed ai negozi di Sant Francesc. Alla mattina soffia sempre il vento di Migjorn che rende molto piacevole il risveglio. La casa è dotata di tutte le attrezzature necessarie e dispone di un barbecue che abbiamo sfruttato molto, godendoci delle piacevoli cene all'aperto. La proprietaria Anna è stata molto gentile e ci ha seguito in ogni necessità durante la nostra permanenza. Un posto dove torneremo ancora con grande piacere. A presto. Alberto e famiglia!
