This property is in a brilliant location close to everything and the property is great for families
Jean Claude and his wife were very welcoming to us and our two little dogs! First impressions of the property definitely had the wow factor set on the hill with an amazing garden and magnificent views . Just above the village it was very peaceful and was just the place for relaxing and far enough away from the neighbors that you weren’t conscious of disturbing them with 2 kids and 2 dogs ! The house had a lovely French feel to it and was tastefully decorated and clean. It had everything we needed and more and the outside spaces were brilliant and we could keep our eyes on the kids no matter where they were exploring! The pool was amazing gorgeous temperature and partially shaded in the afternoon naturally by a large tree but was just what we needed with small kids so that they could play in the pool all day! We were warmly welcomed by the owners and a great set of info for all the local attractions and restaurants. We would recommend this property for families as it’s well equipped, close to everything and a great pool and beautiful stars to view with a bottle of wine in the evening as well . 10/10

Top class!
We had a wonderful two weeks in this lovely house. It was incredibly well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and serving dishes etc. The house is spacious, even with nine adults living there and that view.......!
The pool was easy to keep clean and in keeping with the rest of the house was well constructed with plenty of sun beds and a proper shower.
The area is busy but you're well away from it all at the house with no road noise and a dark sky at night. The verandah is a very attractive feature with covered ares and an excellent gas BarBQ.
We usually drove the brief distance to the river but it is walkable it was just very hot when we were there. The closest spot to bathe on the river is by the municipal camping and is wonderful, the water is clear and clean for paddling or swimming with lots of fish to spot. The boulangerie was an easy walk in the morning, it sells very good bread and is open long hours. Having a giant Le Clerc within 10 minutes drive also makes this property very well located. Jean Claude was charming, welcoming and gave us a full run down on the property together with a file of information before he left. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the house for a great holiday.
