Villa newly-built (2011) and fully air-conditioned with clear panoramic outlook of some 15 kms - extremely quiet surroundings, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
Terrace (60 m²).
All year heated outdoor swimming pool 28/30°C, 82/86°F, secured, with counter-current device and buit-in jacuzzi.

A paradise for children: indoor playground (64 m²) for children aged 2 to 11 with all kinds of games and 3 swings. Indoor playroom (29 m²) with pinball machine, baby-foot and table tennis. Outdoor playground with castle, swings, slide and sandpit. Private boules playground with light (boules provided, free).

Living room with TV and ASTRA-decoder, air-conditionned.

Cinema-room with TV and satellite ASTRA-decoder and DVD-player.

All bedrooms equipped with TV-TNT, air-conditioned.

Additional equipment available free of charge: baby bed, baby chair, baby play yard, and pet basket.

Fantastic villa with great facilities for the children. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. The hosts are amazingly helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Definitely hope we can return.

We really enjoyed our stay at villa santa Ana, and our children even better. Nicolas is an excellent host. We hope we can come back in the future to enjoy the house again and more of the surroundings

The house is in Line with the description. So everything is very good. Very convenient for kids from 7 to 14 and for adults! Klaus was very helpful. Location IS great. View IS very nice too.so go for it !!

La maison est globalement conforme aux photos. Sa localisation est excellente et c'est un endroit idéal pour les enfants, avec des équipements adaptés.Cependant, notre expérience a été mitigée en raison d'un manque d'entretien général. Nous avons noté la présence de toiles d'araignées et de fourmis dans toute la maison (Surtout ne pas laisser traîner de gâteau !), une des douches était bouchée dès notre arrivée, boiseries décolorées.Les équipements extérieurs nécessiteraient une meilleure attention également : la table de jardin était sous une bâche (Sale en dessous), les matelas des transats était eux aussi extrêmement sales (Mieux vaut les retirer dans ce cas), et la végétation, très dense, mériterait d'être mieux entretenue pour mieux correspondre aux photos de l'annonce.Malgré ces points, nous avons apprécié la réactivité du propriétaire qui a immédiatement remplacé la machine à expresso défectueuse.

Ideal pour des vacances en famille.

Location idéale pour des vacances en famille. Le propriétaire a été très attentif à ce que rien ne manque pour les bébés. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté du logement à notre arrivée. Pas de risque de s’ennuyer grâce à tous les loisirs que proposent la location : salle de jeu pour les enfants, flipper, ping-pong, baby-foot, piscine qui peut rester couverte par grands vents,… La vue est spectaculaire, impossible de s’en lasser.

Angenehmer Urlaub

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Eigentümer sehr nett und zuvorkommend, das Haus ist flott eingerichtet. Alles war in Ordnung. Kleiner bmol letzte Woche, wo auf dem Nachbargrundstück der Eigentümer Arbeiten mit Lufthammer und 2 Baggern durchgeführt wurden. Leider sehr vill Lärm, Staub usw.

Sehr schöne Villa, tolle Lage mit super Ausblick!

Wir haben den Urlaub in der tollen Villa sehr genossen . Auch den Kinder (3-6 Jahre) hat das Spielzimmer und der Pool sehr gefallen und keine Wünsche blieben offen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Vue extraordinaire

Un excellent séjour dans la villa Santa Anna avec une vue magnifique sur le Castellet et la baie de Saint Cyr sur Mer. La piscine est très agréable avec de la végétation qui permet d’en profiter à toute heure. La maison correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très serviables. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille.

Un excellent week-end avec nos enfants et petits enfants 12 p. La villa est spacieuse, entièrement équipée , immense terrasse, vue magnifique et supers couchers de soleil sur le vieux village. Même en février nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée à 30 •, terrain pétanque, trampoline, barbecue. Grand espaces de jeux à l’intérieur pour les petits et les grands, parties animées de flipper , babyfoot et ping-pong…. Accueil très sympathique de Nicolas, Merci pour le prêt des appareils à raclette. Je conseille vivement cette villa idéalement située.

Villa exceptionnelle comme le confirme les photos du propriétaire. À noter qu’il n’y a pas de flipper et que le propriétaire habitant la maison mitoyenne, des allers/venues inopportunes ont été constatés durant notre séjour dans la villa. Cela a paru être un manque de savoir vivre pour certains d'entre nous sachant qu'il y avait des adolescents à l'intérieur. Des travaux du voisinage ont également entaché notre recherche du calme malgré le fait que le cadre qui s’y prêtait ! Attention de ne pas faire de bruit dehors au-delà de 23H, des voisins vigilants vous le rappelleraient.

Très belle propriété au milieu des vignes de Bandol. Des couchés de soleil somptueux depuis la terrasse sur le village du Castellet. Du confort pour 14 personnes. Peut être la literie â améliorer et manque une climatisation dans la chambre enfants. Pour le reste c etait parfait. Accés à tout en 15 minutes. Superbe emplacement. Nous y retournerons. C est certain.

Nous souhaitons à nouveau remercier les propriétaires pour leur accueil. Nicolas est au petit soin pour ses locataires et présent rapidement en cas de besoin. Nous étions avec nos enfants et petits-enfants, le rêve pour tous et un émerveillement pour les petits. Nicolas et Bernadette ont pensé à tous et à tout ce qui peut faire plaisir aux grands comme aux petits. Par ailleurs, la villa est très bien située au calme, vue merveilleuse et proche de tout. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison où nous y reviendrons avec bonheur.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille. Le paradis pour les enfants et les adultes avec à la fois piscine ping pong babyfoot trampoline balançoire et un grand espace de jeux à l'intérieur pr les petits, de quoi s'occuper par tous les temps. La cuisine est bien équipée même pour de nombreuses tablées il y a tt ce qu'il faut. On serait bien restés un peu plus longtemps :-). Merci beaucoup à notre hôte!

Perfect vakantieverblijf voor families met kinderen

De eigenaar /verhuurder is een goede gastheer. Soepele in en uitcheck. We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. De kinderen, leeftijd vier, twee achtjarige en een tienjarige, wilden het liefst in en rondom het huis spelen. Het vrij grote , verwarmde zwembad is ideaal. Tafeltennis en grote trampoline zijn ook veel gebruikt. Kortom niets dan lof.

Flott bolig i flott område. Stort fint lekerom for barna. Herlig uteområde. Alt av utstyr som trengs for ei uke med storfamilien. Verten bor i nabohuset og stikker innom for å sjekke at alt er OK. Kort avstand med bil til stor, innholdsrik matbutikk, koselige småbyer og strand. Liten gåtur til vakre Le Castellet, med koselige butikker og kafeer. 3 fine bad og en separat WC. En perfekt feriebolig
