Rustic retreat close to everything you need

Fantastic holiday. Elli is extremely helpful and communicative. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Loved the pool and many outdoor areas to sit and relax. We rented bikes and were able to get around the island pretty easily. If you are not up for 15 minute rides then definitely book a motorcycle or moped. Plenty of local shops and grocer a few minutes cycle from the casita. Will definitely be back!

Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre ideale Lage mit einer Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zahlreiche Strände sind in etwa 20 Minuten bequem mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, was wir gegenüber motorisierten Fortbewegungsmitteln bevorzugen. Die Ausstattung ist individuell gestaltet und vermittelt eine persönliche Atmosphäre, fernab der oft sterilen Einrichtung reiner Renditeobjekte. Alle notwendigen Utensilien für den Alltag sind vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ansprechend gestaltete Poollandschaft mit ausreichend Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten sowohl direkt am Haus als auch am Pool. Die Vermieterin zeigt großes Engagement für das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste und gibt hilfreiche Empfehlungen zu Ausflugszielen auf der Insel. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub zu zweit.

ein ganz idyllischer ursprünglicher formenteraplatz mit so vielen angenehmlichkeiten

ich habe mich an diesem ort sehr wohl gefühlt schöner als erwartet es liegt nah an dem dorf san ferran und man kann über feldwege mit dem fahrrad überall hin der platz ist besonders und die vermieterin auch möchte sehr gerne wieder dort sein....

Wow!!! Ellie's charming rustic house could not have been more perfect! Beautiful eating and sleeping areas were perfect, clean and neat. The outdoor private patio, pool and chill area are the perfect way to enjoy Formentera outdoor living. Great location close to town, but far enough away that you feel like you're in the country. Ellie and her daughter Janina could not have been more lovely and accommodating. I will definitely be returning!!!

Schöne Wohnung bei netten Menschen

Ich kann mich den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Ein tolles kleines Häuschen auf großem, schönen Grundstück. Elli kennt die Insel in und auswendig und gibt gute Tipps für alle Lebenslagen. Auch hatten wir sehr nette Gespräche. Die Klimaanlage ist im Sommer Gold wert. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen kleinen Pool, den man jederzeit nutzen darf. Das Haus liegt relativ nahe an der einzigen Hauptraße auf der Insel, diese hört man auch auf der Terrasse. Uns hat das nicht weiter gestört, im Haus selbst hört man nichts. Der Ort San Ferran ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und bietet einige nette kleine Restaurants, Cafés/ Bars und kleine Supermärkte für alles was man braucht. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Tipp für die Anreise, die war bei uns etwas schwierig: Bus Linie 2 Richtung "San Ferran de ses Roques" nehmen und an der Haltestelle "Sa ferreteria" (kurz vor dem eigentlichen Ort) aussteigen (die Haltestelle ist auf Google Maps nicht erkennbar). Unmittelbar an der Bushaltestelle zweigt der Weg zum Haus ab. Bei Eingabe der Adresse wurde bei uns auf Google Maps eine Tankstelle angezeigt, die deutlich vor dem Haus auf der anderen Straßenseite ist. Davon nicht verwirren lassen und schon gar nicht dem Busfahrer zeigen, der ist im Zweifel freundlich genug, euch genau da abzusetzen. Dann muss Elli euch da einsammeln, so bei uns geschehen ;)

Ganz einfach: Toll!!

Eigentlich braucht man den vorrausgegangenen Bewertungen nichts mehr hinzuzufügen! Elli ist eine unglaubliche Gastgeberin mit der gewissen spanischen Gelassenheit, das Gelände der Finca und das Gästehaus selbst sind liebvoll gespickt mit so vielen kleinen Dingen, dass man auch nach 9 Tagen noch etwas Neues entdeckt. Zu guter Letzt ist die Lage einfach optimal. Fazit: ein tolles Rundumpaket, was sein Geld allemal wert ist. Wir kommen wieder. Grüße Lisa & Tim

Cozy studio perfect to spend some time in Formentera paradise

Elli is a great host, she’s been always very kind and helpful with every need we had. The studio is very cozy and comfy for two people, you can find everything you need for your holiday stay in the island, and even if you decide to stay for longer, you count on a kitchen with all facilities for cooking. Very comfy bed and pillows, and very grateful to have the AC after a very warm day at the beach. The house is in a very convenient location, only 2 min by car from the city center, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy... and of course you can also go on foot. I highly recommend you to book Ellis’s place for a wonderful stay in formentera!

Traumhaft schön und mit ganz viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Nicht nur in dem kleinen Häuschen, sondern vor allem auch, weil Elli die absolut perfekte Gastgeberin ist. Alles was man braucht, ist sowieso da und falls man Wünsche hat, macht sie alles möglich und steht mit zahllosen wertvollen Tipps zur Seite. Perfekt für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Lage ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Fünf Sterne Deluxe für Elli und ihre Finca und noch einmal ein dickes Dankeschön für alles! Carinissimo cottage in posizione strategica

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa deliziosa dependance la prima settimana di settembre ed è stato tutto perfetto, a cominciare dall’accoglienza di Eli, la proprietaria, che è stata davvero disponibile nonostante l’ora tarda del nostro arrivo. Pur essendo un monolocale l’ambiente è molto spazioso ed anche il bagno è ampio. L’aria condizionata è stata utile soprattutto per togliere l’umidita’, ma in piena stagione è necessaria. Il letto a baldacchino è ampio e comodissimo e la biancheria raffinata. Importantissima poi la posizione, leggermente interna rispetto alla strada principale per cui il traffico non risulta fastidioso, ma davvero centrale rispetto alle principali mete dell’isola. Carinissimo e curato lo spazio esterno, che da’ la giusta privacy rispetto alla casa. Consigliatissimo!!!

Bellissima casa, comoda e confortevole

Non avrei potuto scegliere di meglio, casa molto bella arredata con gusto, bellissimo patio all’esterno, cucina completa di ogni attrezzo per cucinare, aria condizionata. Molto comoda al centro di Sant Ferran raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi dove si possono trovare supermercati e panetteria. Proprietaria attenta e disponibile, veramente un bel soggiorno.

La casa si trova in posizione ideale (al centro dell'isola) per raggiungere in poco tempo le spiagge più belle e i luoghi di divertimento.
