The host was easy to work with and the house is easy to find. The villa is amazing - it's a complete house with 4 pools, one on the rooftop deck and three in individual rooms. It's located 1 block from all the craziness and there are tons of great restaurants in the area.

This place really matches the reviews… super central, excellent customer service and timely communication, very spacious. If you are a group of people traveling together, what a score. Do bring ear plugs but with those, which are also provided, it’s not as crazy as expected. Right across the street is a beautiful cafe/restaurant on the water. Everything is right on your doorstep. We were all happy and comfortable. Thank you again to the super prompt and sweet security guard and property manager!

I came here to celebrate my 40th and propose to my fiance and the host was nothing but helpful. The host contacted me early before I even got there to make sure I needed anything prepared. Love how they constantly kept in communication! Upon my arrival I noticed a happy birthday signage that was put up and just was in shock like wow! Even the security guard Carlos was cool who made sure we were safe. I have no complaints about this place and would love to visit this place again. It's a bit loud at night but the host offers ear plugs which helped a lot. Definitely worth coming to if you want to be in the middle of the crowd.

Best Stay in Playa del Carmen

We had an incredible stay at this place and are already planning to come back! We had the pleasure of staying here over New Year’s, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect—it was within walking distance to the best restaurants and attractions. The staff were exceptionally kind and always went out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommended!

Lovely place, comfortable rooms and beds. Security guard made us feel safe and the location was tremendous. Really not a bad thing to say and especially grateful for all the options (chef, boat, etc) coordinated through Yanet who was great!

The House is great and the staff was extremely accommodating. Great Chef, Security Guard, Maids, etc. The rooftop is amazing for lounging by the pool, great views of the ocean, and evening dinners/ cocktails etc.

Too many stars and levels. Very clean. Close to all the action. Music is played loudly till 3am daily. Broken Tin pieces on roof makes a loud crashing noise all night during windy nights. Overall nice for separate couples opppeopletraveling together but

Unrivaled location with top of the line everything. From Malin & Goetz toiletries to Tempurpedic mattresses, this place has it all. Awesome for entertaining, or just taking in the breeze on the rooftop patio as you look at the lights of Cozumel. Beautiful art throughout the entire house, which gives it a boutique feel. Amazing!!!! Staff is excellent, courteous, attentive, and trustworthy.

Most Unbelievable Property & Staff!!!

Everything about this property was pure perfection. The listing is EXTREMELY accurate. The rooms are immaculate, the staff is extremely attentive & kind. Yanet Cuevas was an actual dream. She was AMAZING! She helped plan our entire bachelorette party, from the dinner reservations, to dance lessons, to airport transfers, even helped with decorations, Yanet was a life saver! The trip would not have been amazing without her so THANK YOU! I highly recommend this property.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This rental is beyond amazing – starting with the views, rooms, security, communication, and location! Yanet was great with communication on WhatsApp – always answered our questions quickly and helped us get set up transportation and vendors. The rooms are spacious and the views from the rooftop are beautiful. We always felt safe especially with a 24/7 security guard at the front door. Lastly, location – the location is what made the trip. Once we were in town, we were able to walk everywhere – to restaurants, bars, markets, beach, etc. Thank you for a great weekend, we look forward to coming back!

This is the perfect location for a large group. The security is top notch. Yanet the concierge is a sweetheart and is very helpful. The proximity is so close to the beach and also the best restaurants and bars in Playa. We felt very safe and accommodated the entire stay. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Two things you should know. There are no elevators so if you are handicapped or have trouble walking stairs then take note. It is also very noisy from the surrounding bars at night. But that is to be expected. I consider the proximity to the nightlife a positive

Great Stay!

We had a group of 11 for a bachelor party and the house was absolutely perfect. The spaces were clean and well-appointed with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Proximity to the nightclubs was great (until it was time to go to bed!). But this is well documented throughout other reviews and the listing itself so we knew what we were getting into. The only minor complaint i had is that we heard rave reviews about the "BBQ" which we ordered - but all of the food/meat was prepared inside and we didn't get to see that beautiful grill on the roof in action, which is what we were all expecting. Other than that, great stay!

21 girl bachelorette trip

Wow! We had the best time staying at downtown villa. Yanet (house concierge) could not have been more helpful answering questions and helping with planning the trip. She booked all of our reservations and had great recommendations for us (transportation from airport, bartenders and the amazing chef Arturo). All of us fit comfortably in beds / air mattresses. It does get loud at night from the clubs so I would suggest earplugs or a sound machine. When we arrived, the house was spotless and she had bridal balloons decorating the living room. It was such a nice surprise! Both security guards were also very attentive and kind and we felt safe at all times. I will be recommending this place to many people!

Downtown Villa + staff were all incredible!

The villa itself is awesome and the staff were very accommodating leading up to and during our weekend stay. We did run into an issue with water pressure during the last night of our stay which ended up getting resolved in the morning, but other than that, no complaints at all. If you like barbecuing they have one if, if not the coolest barbecue that I've ever had the pleasure of using on the top floor of the villa. There's room for a ton of people, my group of 15 had no issues with beds/living arrangements for the weekend. I would highly recommend making sure you and your group are ok with being in a busier night life part of Playa though, as there are a couple of big clubs less than a block away from the villa that will be noisy until ~3-4 AM every night. If your group wants to experience the night life though, I could not recommend a better place. Thank you Downtown Villa!

Amazing Property & Location - Stay Here & You Won't Regret It.

I traveled to Casa Model with a group of 11 ladies for my bachelorette party. First & foremost, Ana was extremely helpful and straightforward in the entire process. She helped arrange transportation, private chef, and recommended restaurants and things to do in the area. The property itself is gorgeous. Super comfortable and spacious. The rooftop is surly a plus as there is plenty of spots to lounge and work on your tan. The pools are a nice touch as well. What really makes this property stand out is its location. 1 block away from the beach and within walking distance to 5th avenue and all restaurants, shopping, and bars. It really doesn't get better than this. Added bonus is the professional staff and security who work there to help with unpacking, cleaning, and really anything you need. Stop looking and book your family vacation, bachelorette party, group trip at Casa Model!!!

Perfect Bachelor Spot and Amazing Staff

We stayed at the Villa with 10 friends of +/- 30 YO and it was the perfect place to do so. The Villa is perfectly located in PDC, without the hefty price of Tulum. It is right in the middle of the city and very close to the beach also. The Villa itself is amazing, the staff at the entrance is perfect (thanks to Carlos and Abdel) and Yanet, who help with all the organization was simply perfect. We arrived and we had surprises and decorations to celebrate the bachelor. We've never received any complaints for noise since the villa is located where all the party are at. Everything is perfectly clean, the AC worked well, there was water dispenser with 10L water bottle everywhere and felt in total security. We had four nights and they were all perfect. For the activities, I recommended doing a private boat tour and visiting the Party natural Cenote on Sunday at Buuts'ah. Thanks to all the staff for their help. We will definitely recommend and hopefully come back.

Excellent Property and location!

We had a delightful stay at the DTV. The communication with the property manager and the information provided by the concierge made staying in this location a breeze! We came to the area to scuba dive and loved staying at the Villa. The rooms were amazing and very spacious with beautiful bathrooms. The roof top deck was absolutely the gem of the entire villa. There is also a beautiful deck on the other side of the house that provided more seclusion to enjoy a book. I highly recommend a BBQ by chef Miguel but don't make the mistake we did and wait until the last night. He cooked so much amazing food that leftovers would have been delicious! The 24 hour security was such a blessing to have. They were always so helpful but you didnt even realize they were present on the property. I felt very confident in the information provided by the Concierge. I was able to get assistance and answers during the planning of our stay and every single day we were there. I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to this property.

Beautiful house, wonderful staff, great location...but loud at night

I need to start by saying this house is beautiful. Immaculately kept. The rooms and bathrooms are huge, clean and comfortable. The top floor is awesome. Great view and a great space to hang with friends. The staff is amazing. So accommodating and happy. They thoroughly clean the entire house every day. The security guards are there 24/7 to open the door for you. We felt extremely safe. The location is perfect. About 50 yards to the ocean, around the corner from tons of bars, restaurants and shopping. The food in Playa is amazing. We had insanely good meals. All that said, be warned this place is LOUD at night. If you are going for a bachelor or bachelorette party and plan to be out late at night, this is THE place for you. If you want to have more of a relaxing stay where you want good night's sleep, I might think twice. There are at least three huge, open air clubs on the corner of the street that BLAST music until 4am. The first night we stayed was rough, the second night we decided we may as well join the party, the last two nights we all finally figured out how to properly use the earbuds and were able to block out most of the noise. Again, I should say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It could not have been more comfortable, just would have liked to have a warning about the noise.
