The apartment was just right for the five of us in a very attractive and convenient location.

The apartment was fairly easy to find and only 10 mins walk from the coach drop off point at Piazzale Roma. The area around the apartment is not busy and though it is two storeys above a bar is not noisy at any time of day. The main living area was great for family meals and chatting while cooking and relaxing. From the apartment we could easily walk to St. Mark's Square and other main attractions. I would highly recommend this lovely place.

Peaceful well-equipped apartment

The apartment was friendly and well-equipped; a proper home from home. It was mid-August and the apartment was really hot without Air Conditioning but the host had already mentioned this to us before booking. The location is walkable to much of the city and was away from the crowds, which was great. There were a few quiet bars and cafes on the street which gave the area a neighbourhood feel.

Six nights in an apartment beside a beautiful canal near San Sebastiano in a quiet part of Venice.

The apartment was attractively decorated with comfortable beds and a pleasant living room with easy chairs, dining table and kitchen. Two fans were provided to help the very warm humid conditions. We visited the local interesting churches and strolled along the cool Zattere in the evenings. A very good Conad supermarket was close by for food supplies. There was a lively student population nearby but we were not disturbed by noise. It was easy walking distance to the Grand Canal and the Accademia and Guggenheim museums and we used vaporetti for longer journeys around Venice one day. We visited many attractive cafes in Venice but mainly had dinner in the cool apartment. Many thanks to Sylvia for being such a helpful hostess

Wir waren zu fünft mit 3 Kindern 10, 12, 14, zehn Tage in Venedig. Die Wohnung war für uns sehr geeignet. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Lage und Ausblick waren phantastisch, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll mit guter Beleuchtung, auch zum Lesen. Alles war sehr gut von Signora Dubin organisiert. Herzlichen Dank! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Venedig abseits des Trubels

Hier kann man Venedig abseits des Trubels genießen, obwohl es zum Bahnhof nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß sind. Anleger für Vaporetti und Geschäfte sind in Laufweite, unten im Haus ist gleich ein Café für das italienische Frühstück oder den „Sundowner“ am Abend. Herrlich!

Dorsoduro - ruhiges Uni-Viertel

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das kleine Bistro unten im Haus hat einerseits bis spät abends geöffnet (Geräuschkulisse), andererseits uns beim nach-Hause-kommen mit einem gemütlichen Aperol erfreut ;-)

Petit appartement Venise S.Marta

Logement propre est bien situé proche de piazzale Roma. Vaporetto tout près . Quartier étudiants. Le logement est calme , juste la récolte des poubelles se fait tôt le matin et occasionne un peu de bruit. Les chambres sont très bien . Cuisine équipée super Je recommande pour un petit séjour à Venise

Une découverte de Venise et un appartement dans un quartier calme et bien tenu

Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour sa prestation (3 chambres) c’est une belle découverte dans un quartier calme et peu fréquenté par les touristes mais tellement charmant. La prestation de l’appartement est très correct, lave vaisselle, lave linge, box fibre. Le quartier est calme la journée, quelques livraisons le matin et bateau poubelles stationné. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce premier séjour à Venise et vous recommandons cet appartement dans un quartier bien situé sans être trop fréquenté la journée par les touristes donc au calme. Un grand merci à Silvia, pour ses conseils, son écoute, elle est très réactive aux différentes questions que nous lui avons posé avant et pendant le séjour.

Charmant appartement dans le Dorsoduro

Appartement spacieux, lumineux et propre quoique dans son jus. Pratique pour se déplacer dans Venise, faire ses courses, prendre le vaporetto (à 10 minutes de marche). La vue est pittoresque, le quai animé (ce qui rend les grasses matinées impossibles, car les bateaux livraisons s'amarrent tôt et la boulangerie-bar sous les fenêtres ouvre ; ne pas compter dormir au-delà de 6h30-7h. Cela permet de commencer tôt les visites !) Communication très fluide avec la propriétaire et arrivée très simple !

Appartement très agréable dans le Dorsodouro.

Appartement très agréable, lumineux et spacieux. Un peu dans son "jus", néanmoins très propre et bien équipé ! Idéalement placé, nous avons pu profiter de Venise sans encombres, à pied comme en vaporetto, arrêt à proximité. Commerce-superette tout proches aussi. A bientôt!

Dorsoduro

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, ideal auch für Familien mit älteren Kindern, da sie über mehrere getrennte Schlafzimmer verfügt. Das Viertel hat alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht: Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren besonders gern an der nahegelegenen Campo Santa Margherita, aber das Dorsoduro ist auch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um ganz Venedig zu erkunden. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Lovely appartment in a quiet area

A very comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you could need. We were able to cook full meals perfectly. There is a lovely view over the canal and rooftops. Only 5 mins walk to the vaporetto and 10 mins to S Margharita / railway station

Relaxing time on the Dorsaduro

The apartment is spacious and has great views of the small canal outside. Silvia provided fantastic service before and during our week at the apartment. The beds were good, as were the sofas and other furniture. All appliances and kitchen needs were supplied and in good condition. The dishwasher, fridge and washing machine are all good quality and worked well. The place has very much a homely feel to it, and it was easy to live there. There are supermarkets, shops, restaurants and waterbus stops nearby. We really enjoyed being in this neighbourhood far removed from the tourist hordes. However, like all older places in cities like Venice, the apartment has a few idiosynchracies eg intermittent hot water and only being able to use one appliance at a time. We would thoroughly recommend it for one or two couples.

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement.Le quartier est top, facile d’accès de la gare pour l’arrivée et le départ, à l’écart de la foule, authentique. Et l’appart est super chouette, lumineux, super jolie vue sur le canal, tout était impeccable et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. On recommande !

4 Wochen in Dorsoduro

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Die Lage mit Sicht auf den Kanal war sehr gut. Es gibt keinen Backofen und zu wenig Regale. Die vorhandenen Regale, Schubladen und Schränke sind teilweise gefüllt. In einem Zimmer fehlt eine Leselampe beim Bett. Die Heizung funktioniert tadellos. Wir haben uns aber insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.
