Één van de beste locaties in l' Estartit
Appartement Marina ligt bijzonder gunstig.
Tegen het centrum aan met direct zicht op haven (50 meter) en strand (200 meter). Onderin het pand 20mtr van de voordeur zit een klein winkeltje voor iedere ochtend vers gebakken stokbrood of croissantjes , versgeperste jus d'Orange of een 5ltr fles water. Op de strook achter het strand (200 meter) kan je vrij parkeren en is altijd plek. In de directe omgeving diverse restaurants (la Palmera ernaast , Montserat op 150mtr en daar tussenin Gran Café Unique voor de liefhebber van een satétje , kroket of fricandel met patat er tussenin. Onderweg naar de winkelstraat , allemaal binnen een paar honderd meter vind je nog een keur aan allerlei andere eettentjes , voor iedereen wel iets. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is gewoon goed te noemen. Wij komen hier al jaren!! Het pand het als enige nadeel dat het soms wat gehorig is. Een echte aanrader die niet tussen de woontorens staat. Direct aan de boulevard
Appartement Marina in l'Estartit ligt direct aan de boulevard in het centrum tegenover de haven. Ons verblijf dit jaar (2020) was weer uitstekend , net als vorig jaar. Ook als je met de auto komt (vanuit Nederland of vanaf een luchthaven met een rental) kan je altijd vrij parkeren op het strand op zo'n 250 mtr afstand , maar wel recht voor de deur laden en lossen of (betaald) parkeren voor kortere tijd voor nog geen Euro per uur. Vanuit het appartement loop je dus in een paar minuutjes naar het strand maar ook naar de grote winkelstraat. De alarm berichten uit Spanje zijn loos alarm. Er is wel mondkapjes plicht waar alle Spanjaarden zelf zich trouwens keurig aan houden. Dit geld voor winkels en op straat lopen. Op het terrasje of in het restaurant mag dit direct af en loopt alleen het personeel gemaskerd rond. Wij gaan zeker volgend jaar weer een paar weekjes plannen in de hoop dat alles weer terug naar normaal is. Hoewel het een verademing was om in een zeer rustig vliegtuig in te checken (40 - 50 personen) en te zitten en op een bijna leeg vliegveld Barcelona aan te komen en te vertrekken.

One can open the frontdoor by shaking it without a key , you should check the lock. It would be nice to complete the appartment with an airco system. Possibility for a sunscreen on the balcony , breakfast in full sunshine is much to hot and it is the best place of the apartment..
