Welcome to the Counts cabin! This cabin is spacious and sleeps up to four people comfortably. The experience is pure Montana in style. The location is right on emigrant creek. In fact, the creek is visible and can be heard from the cabin.

Two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and utility room with toilet, clothes washer, and dryer make the counts cabin a comfortable escape. One bedroom has a king sized bed and a queen sized bed is in the other bedroom.

Property was just right for what we were looking for (remote and north of YNP). The directions were a little difficult to follow the first time to the cabin as it was little more remote than we expected, but no issues after the first day. Wish the sight lines around the cabin were clearer, but plenty of wildlife observed along the drives in and out. We would certainly consider renting again on a future trip to the area.

Very peaceful place! My family loved this house. The only thing is the wifi didn't work, which wasn't a big deal to us! Perfect place to get some quality family time.

The cabin was a perfect setting in the woods along side a babbling mountain stream. Lots of room to move around inside and outside the cabin.

Perfect stay!

We so enjoyed our stay! It was exactly what we were looking for - a private cabin in the middle of the woods! And the river!….What a gem of a place to come back to and lay your head down for the night with the river flowing outside your window. Quiet hideaway

Sweet cozy cabin tucked away in the mountains with amazing rushing stream. Had all we needed 😊could use a handrail, but found two poles that helped a lot! Really enjoyed the peaceful spot ❤️

most relaxing time

A great cabin setting right next to a gurgling stream, including a massive, colorful fish wall hanging. Clean and comfortable with good beds, responsive wi-fi and full size washer/dryer. Have rented several places over the years and this rates in our top five.

Very remote cabin and so cozy!

Great stay and a cozy little cabin! Wish we could have utilized the outside a little more by the creek but the weeds were a little thick around the yard and house. Experienced a family of mule deer walking through the yard and a very peaceful spot.

A Hidden Gem

The cabin was perfect for our family, The property was amazing and secluded, just what we needed after a day of hiking in YNP. Our children loved playing in the creek and hiking up to the waterfalls. Bryan made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We wished we could have stayed longer.

My name is Bryan and I have lived in Montana, in the Paradise Valley, for all of my adult life. When I am not exploring our property on Emigrant Creek with my faithful standard poodle and lovely wife, I am working in the Valley or Yellowstone National Park. I love this area and can give advice on where the best spots are.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I built this cabin and finished it in 2009 as a nod to her heritage. The Counts family arrived in this area and homesteaded on Emigrant Creek before moving to various places around Paradise Valley.

What makes this property unique

The Counts cabin is one of our favorites because of its privacy and proximity to Emigrant Creek. There is also a fire pit nearby.
