The property was an excellent choice for my family. It was clean an offered every amenity that we needed. The property manager was accessible and handled our one concern immediately. The house was clean. Our host was easy to get in contact with and quick ro respond to the couple of minor issues we had. The balconies were well furnished, with excellent view of the beach. The area around the outside of duplex was clean. We have stayed at places that had a lot of trash outside, so this was a nice surprise. The kids didnt like not having a tv in their room, but we enjoyed that part, as we all watched some stuff together in the den. They all had electronics for the time inside. The beach is just short walk. There are dunes that made it a little hard for us grandparents, but not a reason not to rent there again. We usually stay at Fort Morgan less crowded. This was close to things, was not crowded at this end of beach. I would for sure stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect and beautiful views. The house has everything you need and was clean. I will say the listing photos need to be updated. The house has been painted and the furniture is different. But that didn’t affect anything as far as functionality and all of that. We would definitely stay here again!
