Principe Real apartment with amazing river view

The apartment couldn't be in a better location. Principe Real area is at the heart of Lisbon's historic centre. It is walking distance to all main historic and cultural sites, such as Chiado, Alfama and Bairro Alto, and is surrounded by Lisbon's best restaurants, shops and bars.
Being on the 5th floor (with elevator access), you can enjoy tranquility, as well as the beautiful views of the city and sunsets over the river, from your own private balcony!
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a great experience of Lisbon. Please note the bedroom has a choice of 2 individual single beds or a queen sized double bed, as well as a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are chairs and a table in the balcony where you can enjoy meals or drinks.

We also have access to a parking space for one car, at an additional cost. Please contact me if this is of interest to you.

Wonderful apartment in a great location.

We spend two lovely weeks in this beautiful apartment with a amazing view to the river. The location is abosulety great. Good restaurants and the Principe Real park with The Cafe Esplanada are near. The apartment is beautiful and clean and it has evertything you need. It is also very quiet although it is on a busy street. Sofia was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Sofia!

Great apartment in a great area

Sofia was very welcoming, and gave us much useful information about the area. We loved the apartment, which was well furnished and equipped, quiet, and very comfortable. And the views in either direction were amazing - the pictures on the website do not do it justice! And such a good area for bars and restaurants - the highlights for us were the 'Pavilhão Chinês' (Chinese Pavillion) bar across the road from the apartment, and 'Terra' vegetarian restaurant only 5 minutes walk away. Good bus route right outside to Cais do Sodré. Excellent Brio supermarket a short walk away, near the bus route.

Absolutely fabulous view and Location

Check in was a breeze, the bed was comfortable, the apartment has everything you need plus some wine:) But the view, oh how I’ll miss the view, it’s the best of the best in my opinion. We opted for take away to have dinner out on the balcony two nights. The location was also outstanding. It was convenient to just about everything and not in a terribly hectic part of the city. This flat is a 10! Thanks Sofia!

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche in diesem kleinen feinen Apartment verbracht. Es ist gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Herd, Geschirrspüler. Wenn man, wie wir gerne kocht, kann man wunderbar ein abendliches Dinner for two auf der Terrasse mit Aussicht geniessen. Ansonsten ist natürlich auch alles in Laufnähe...

Wonderful apartment in a very convenient, well-situated part of Lisbon...awesome views from every window... spectacular sunsets from our private balcony... extremely clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped. Sofia met us outside the building and personally took us to a secure, underground carpark and helped us get oriented. Great bakery two doors down. Restaurants and bars nearby. Walkable to a lot of must-visit areas. A truly memorable experience!

Fantastisch

Liebe Sofia, wir sagen nochmal Danke. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung und uns fehlte nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt um Lisboa zu erkunden. Abends haben wir auf den Balkon den grandiosen Ausblick genossen. Morgens nachdem wir gut geschlafen haben, konnten wir jeden Tag uns frische Brötchen unten beim Bäcker holen, besser gehts nicht. Die Betreuung vor Reiseantritt und Übergabe der Wohnung lief reibungslos ab. Auch ein danke an Murcio der uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und hin gebracht hat. Hat alles super geklappt. The Perfect Lisbon Apartment

This was the perfect apartment for our five night stay in Lisbon. It is on a high floor with an elevator and an amazing view out of all the windows. The terrace is a really nice feature; we were able to relax out there in the evenings with a glass of wine before going to one of the many local restaurants for a fabulous meal. I would recommend this apartment and its gracious owner to everyone.

The apartment was as advertised and more! The view from the outside deck is better than the pictures and also larger, easily room for 4 outside. The bedroom is on the back of the building so the late night road and people noise is not an issue. Very comfortable bed. A great location and apartment as long as you do not have mobility issues. Sofia made us feel very comfortable, as did all Portuguese with whom we interacted.

The apartment was in a fantastic location and the views were great. The balcony was a lovely place to sit and have breakfast in the morning and a late afternoon drink to watch the sun go down. All around the area there was lots of choice for eating. Sofia was a great host.

Très belles vacances, le lieux est idéal pour découvrir Lisbonne,néanmoins quelques bémols.

Appartement idéalement situé pour découvrir Lisbonne. Néanmoins il y a un réel manque d'entretien de l'appartement (état général et propreté). La porte fenêtre qui mène au balcon est très difficile à ouvrir et il n'y a ni volets ni rideaux (une bonne nuit en perspective !) .

Spent 4 days at this apartment recently and had a fantastic time , from the beginning of our stay to our leaving everything we as perfect. Sofia was a perfect host and had organised our transfer from the airport, we had an early flight and arrived well before check in time, but Sofia come and met us in the bakers shop next to the apartment and then let us leave our luggage whilst the apartment was being cleaned, this was much appreciated. The apartment is in a vibrant area and has everything you could want , including a fantastic terrace with views over the Tagus, we are frequent visitors to Lisbon and hope to return Sofia's fantastic apartment.

My husband and I loved our stay here - the view is incredible, the location is perfect for sight-seeing and eating-out, and the space is comfortable and chic. Sofia was very communicative and accessible. I would highly recommend!

Sauberes und gemütliches Domizil mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben eine Woche in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Vom Dachbalkon aus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Fluss und die Stadt und obwohl an einer größeren Straße gelegen, hat uns kein Lärm gestört. Der Zustand der Wohnung entsprach unseren Erwartungen, wie die Wohnung auf der Homepage beschrieben wurde, alles war sehr sauber und das Bett gut. Von allen Zimmern aus- selbst aus der Dusche- hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt und die Lage ist recht zentral. In der Straße selbst gibt es schöne Geschäfte und einen kleinen Park, auch der Botanische Garten ist nicht weit. Die sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin hat uns persönlich die Wohnung übergeben und Tipps für Unternehmungen oder Restaurantbesuche gegeben, ein Restaurant reserviert oder ein Taxi bestellt. So haben wir einen Ausflug mit der Fähre an die gegenüberliegende Seite des Flusses gemacht und im Ponto Final in Cacilhas einen tollen Abend mit herrlichem Essen direkt am Wasser verbracht. Sehr zu empfehlen! Ein wunderschöner Aussichtspunkt auf Stadt und Castell ist der nahe gelegene Miraduro Sao Pedro de Alcantara, wo auch kleine Stände mit Kunsthandwerk aufgebaut waren. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem gemütlichen Domizil, wir würden es sofort wieder wählen!
