Beautiful and cheerful villa with private pool in Javea, on the Costa Blanca, Spain for 10 persons. The villa is situated in a coastal and residential area and at 3 km from El Arenal beach. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a beautiful lawned garden with trees and a beautiful pool. The vicinity of the beach, places to shop and places to go out makes this a fine villa to celebrate your holidays with family or friends and even your pets.

The villa was not as advertised. It was dirty, electrical fittings were unsafe, bathroom unsanitary with rusting fittings. The outside bedrooms (which we were not aware of) were damp, smelt badly of mould and could not be used. Some windows were broken with torn plastic sheeting taped to the inside and the living room couch had fleas. The outside space was uncared for, grass not cut and most plants dead. The outside table had been burned through in several places. We have photographic records of this. The rental company - Magic Javea - refused to acknowledge this and were very unhelpful. Please note that We returned the keys and did not stay there.

Many people have enjoyed their vacations in this home from years ago and so many others will do it too in the near future. All the photographs that we exhibit of our accommodations correspond exactly to the home that is offered. The bathroom, like the rest of the house, was cleaned, sanitized and fully disinfected by a professional cleaning team. Yes, a small piece of metal was rusty (can be changed in less than a minute). No windows were broken and some panes had some Christmas decorations attached. The sofa did not have fleas, that's a lie. The rooms, like the whole house, are open and occupied since June, so it is impossible to smell musty with high temperatures in summer. The grass is cut weekly and there are no dead plants (some twigs or leaves, it may be). A wooden table had a cigarette burn on it. Our company offered to fix all these things in less than an hour, but you rejected all our proposals and only asked us to refund all the money paid, to which we obviously refused.

Excellente situation et confort suffisant

La maison est spacieuse, pourvue de climatisation dans toutes les chambres et le sejour. Salles de bain parfaites. Jardin spacieux et agreable. Cuisine suffisamment équipée, même si il manque quelques ustensiles pour faire la cuisine pour huit personnes. Un grand parasol serait utile côté piscine. Globalement une bonne adresse....
