This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home sits in a nice quiet neighborhood close the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Ready for you to enjoy. Everything is included and you will love the location. Very close to the famous Siesta Key Beach. Shopping, movie theater, restaurants, grocery, pubs & bars, you name it.We are just about five miles from Siesta Beach, which has two outstanding public beaches with ample public parking, tennis courts, etc. Sarasota is also a center of entertainment and cultural events, with its own ballet, symphony orchestra, opera company, and world-class museum. Osalo Theater provides both continuing and repertory stage performances. The Van Wezel Performing Arts Center brings world-renown presentations to downtown Sarasota, just 15 minutes away. There are numerous festivals throughout the year: Sarasota International Movie Festival, June Music Festival, etc. There are such culturally interesting activities as International dancing, chalk-art competitions, art exhibition openings, wild animal parks, and auto museums.
