Village Vauvenargues 15 km from Aix-en-Provence, opposite the Castle of Picasso and the northern foot of the Montagne Sainte Victoire, I propose to rent my house for your summer vacation. It is a charming village house with private pool. It is facing south, it is a house of 120 m2, with a terrace, a small garden and a pool for a total of 180m2 outdoors.

Jolie maison d’artiste esprit bohème. Piscine agréable. Environnement propice aux randonnées et visites de proximité où règne plénitude et bien-être. Louise et Arnaud sont des propriétaires disponibles et chaleureux.

We enjoyed the stay. Marie Louise was very helpful.
The pool was fantastic.
Many flies and mosquitos. A Housecat in the Garden.
The house is very full of things. Many personal belongings of the owner.
The countryside is very nice, a lot to see/for activitys.
In summer very hot.

Beaux paysages mais maison pas tout à fait convenable
Points positifs: propriétaires sympathiques, de beaux paysages, très au calme.
Points négatifs : pas de climatisation dans la troisième chambre sous les combles, climatisation défectueuse dans les pièces à vivre, piscine sans nage à contre courant comme annoncé dans le descriptif, propreté moyenne de la maison (malgré le tarif ménage élevé inclus dans le prix), odeur désagréable de la litière du chat sur la terrasse, chat à nourrir et plantes à arroser.

voici ma réponse :
1/la moitié des points négatifs relevés sont faux
- la climatisation fonctionnait très bien à part une petite fuite d'eau qui s'est déclarée au dernier moment, la maison était nickel-propre et mon chat n'a pas de litière car il vit à l'extérieur, de plus je les ai informés du fait qu'il fallait le nourrir avant qu'ils ne signent le contrat de location...Et arroser mes plantes prend moins de 5 mn tous les 2/3 jours.
2/cette personne a envoyé une plainte à Abritel "...payer aussi cher pour une maison aussi sale c'est une honte !" avec photos à l'appui (la zappeuse télé, le sèche cheveux...). Incroyable mais vrai !
Et quand mon mari est passé gentiment pour vous nettoyer la piscine il a eu peur quand il a vu le chaos qui régnait chez nous (dont le gros porte bagage de la voiture en plein milieu du salon, appuyé contre le mur...)
NB à l'intention de Mme Thomas : c'est vous qui devriez avoir honte !
