L’atout de cette location est d’avoir 4 chambres indépendantes avec leur propre SdB et WC. Nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur des voisins locataires calmes donc pas de nuisance sonore. A noter que des vélos ou une voiture sont nécessaires et que cette dernière dormira dans la rue. L’état du BbQ ne nous a pas permis de l’utiliser.

De belles vacances à La Rochelle

4 chambres, 4 salles de bain avec WC ! Beaucoup de couchages. Le tout réparti sur un studio indépendant et la maison. De l'espace, une terrasse, du calme, tout l'équipement utile, rien ne manque à cette location qui est à proximité du centre ville, des supermarchés et des autoroutes. Les propriétaires sont joignables et sympathiques. Nos vacances à ma famille et moi, qui suis une personne à mobilité réduite, ont été très agréables en grande partie grâce à cet hébergement. Je recommande chaudement !

Un excellent rapport qualite/ prix

La location était super, nous étions 9 jeunes et chacun avait un espace privé assez grand. La maison est proche de la plage et du centre ville et les propriétaires sont très gentils. Je recommande fortemment cette location d'autant que son prix est très raisonnable.

Maison très agréable, très pratique lorsque vous partez en vacances a plusieurs familles (3 chambres équipées chacune de leur salle de bain avec WC + studio avec cuisine et salle de bain) - Petit extérieur très agréable - maison proche des commerces et du centre ville.

Une si belle semaine

Cette jolie maison ,très bien située nous a accueilli durant une semaine toute notre famille 4 adultes et 5 enfants. Beaucoup de place pour chacun, une salle de bains par chambre ! une belle terrasse, une décoration sobre, moderne . Un endroit très agréable à vivre, fonctionnel . Un vrai plaisir à renouveller.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison propre, lumineuse, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Parfaitement située, nous n'avons jamais eu besoin de prendre la voiture pour visiter La Rochelle. En 5 min (ou 10 avec les enfants) nous sommes dans le centre.

Trés déçevant...

Nous avons été trés déçus par cette location (même si les photos correspondent bien...), car à notre arrivée la literie (oreillers, couettes, draps sentaient mauvais..., et dans sa globalité la maison n'était pas propre (crotte de chien dans le jardin etc...). De plus, nous avons eu la visite des voisins dans le jardin (cour commune ????) mais dans tous les cas nous n'étions pas informés. Le prix ne correspond pas du tout aux prestations de cette maison.

un séjour très agréable

Maison très agréable, et très pratique, idéale pour une grande famille. Nous avons vraiment apprécié son quartier calme & à proximité du centre-ville & de la plage. Tout peut se faire à pied de la maison, proche d'un grand parc arboré. Les propriétaires sont adorables, et de très bon conseil pour les restaurants du coin !!! A refaire !
