This was a perfect spot for us to spend the week. It was clean and well equipped. Beautiful views of the sunset from the upper deck. We loved sitting in the rockers on the main screened deck. Just a very short walk to the beach, and wonderful for my husband to fish every morning.

This place was amazing! The view and the fans on the screen porch were the perfect place to enjoy coffee and a chat with friends. The home is well stocked and clean with lots of updates and lovely touches throughout. The short walk to the beach is also a huge plus! We’ll be back!

We had a lovely stay for our honeymoon! Everything was well stocked in the house and very clean. There was some construction noise for one or two days, but it did not affect the amazing time we had! Absolutely would book again!

Well equipped, and everything worked! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the week and very well cared for. View from the upstairs deck was fantastic! You couldn't ask for a shorter walk out to the beach. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely check to see if the property is available for our next trip!

Everything was just as described. The beds were so comfortable. We loved how organized and updated the kitchen was. It had everything we needed. We had a perfect view from either porche to enjoy our morning coffee. It was a very short stroll to the beach. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!!

A few days on the Cape in this lovely property. We celebrated life with two birthdays and a passing with the scattering of ashes of a dearly departed. Good food, naps, walks on the beach and were even afforded an afternoon sitting in the sun even in Jan! Very comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend.

Big enough and close enough

Everything was very well done. Property manager Vince was extremely helpful and responsive. Neighbors were great (though we got lucky and no one was in the other duplex when we were there). The four of us had everything we needed for a quiet, restful week by the water -- including a great view from the big, screened-in porch.
