We were on Holden Beach for a wedding, and this house was exactly what we needed! We loved having the elevator and all the rooms were very spacious. The kitchen was stocked and there was a lot of beach equipment! Shea responded almost immediately to all of our questions and was very helpful! We would definitely rent again.

Definitely would love to stay in this same house over and over . My entire family enjoy this spacious home that was clean and inviting. Great locating ! Had everything you could need and more . Our trip was in October. It was cool in the mornings and nights so the hot tub and heated pool ( for additional charge )was perfect for those times . This home had your beach chairs , beach wagons, toys for kids , hair dryers in every bathroom and multiple out door rocking chairs on front and back porches. We had a great trip and didn’t have to leave the house and find things to do

Perfect house and location for our fall family beach trip! The house itself is in great shape and is well maintained, with comfortable beds and plenty of seating (we had 6 adults and 4 kids age 1-16). The kitchen had everything needed to cook or grill at the house. The outdoor space, even in cooler weather, was where we spent the most non-beach time, with the hot tub, heated pool, and tiki bar with TV perfect for football Saturdays and Sundays. The heated pool was essential for our mid-Oct trip and ensured we all used it. Beach access is right across the street and made for easy trips with kids or just to walk on the beach. Overall location made any outing convenient.Host communication was excellent, with thorough instructions and tips for additional things to do.

Great house for our 4 families and the host was wonderful. Lots of extras for our 3 little ones and loved having our own bathrooms with each bedroom. The dining room table was beautiful and all 11 of us enjoyed breakfast and dinners there. The high chair and pack n play was a bonus, especially since we flew and were limited on space. The extra beach chairs and umbrella really came in handy and the pool (whole back yard) was awesome. Some things could have used some attention (shower curtains and the air vents in particular) but overall would love to stay here again.

This house is ideally situated in Holden Beach. You are close to the bridge, which is vital during a busy summer week with traffic. The house is lovely and set up great for multiple families. We all enjoyed the pool and easy beach access. I really appreciated the many beach towels at the house. My only tiny suggestion would be more bath towels but overall it's a wonderful property and Shae is great.

We absolutely loved this house! It was beyond our expectations. Great location, beautifully decorated and the pool and Tiki bar were a hit!! The kitchen was very well stocked and the beach towels were a plus. We look forward to making more memories again next year at Tides A Wastin!!

We had an amazing time at this house! It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen wasn't missing a thing! The homeowner was easily accessible and quick to respond. The hot tub and pool were sparkling clean and wonderful! We are hoping for another stay next year!

Shae was amazing - so responsive and helpful. The property was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The pool, hot tub, and tiki bar were a huge hit with everyone. We were sad to leave and all agreed we would love to come back again.

Wonderful house, location and host. Communication was outstanding. He checked on us right before check in and walked us through the ins and outs and was available our entire stay! The pool was outstanding, perfect for our family. Having so many pool towels was so convenient. The beds were made and the house was clean. I highly recommend this house and host!!! 10 stars if that you could rate that high!

Great location! The pool area with Tiki Bar was so convenient, we ate by the pool after a morning at the beach! Very roomy and lots of outdoor spaces gave each family group private areas to enjoy!

We have stayed at Holden Beach for years, and this was by far our favorite home! The house itself is nicely decorated, has great spaces to enjoy family, the bedrooms are comfortable (great tile showers), and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool, and the wonderful views of the ocean. We plan to repeat our stay in this house again!

Wonderful place, great location

Perfect place for families with children. Nice lay out of rooms, amazing outdoor pool/bar area, directly across the road from a beach entrance. Within walking distance to playground, coffee shop, ice cream, and restaurants.

Great beach vacation

The house, amenities, and location were above our expectations! The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked, and very spacious for the nine of us! The pool was very nice as was the hot tub! The beach access right across the street was perfect! Hope to stay there again as Holden Beach was a hit with the whole family!
