Large living room furnished with fine furniture, dining room for 6 people, fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
3 large double bedrooms upstairs and bathroom with Jacuzzi, second bathroom on the ground floor with shower.
It has air conditioning and additional Dyson pure Cool in the bedrooms, satellite TV, free wifi for guests. Private swimming pool 6.5 x 3.5 m surrounded by lawn with barbeque, deck chairs, sun loungers, outdoor hot shower.

Modern beautiful villa with marvellous views

The house is very comfortable and includes anything one can need. The pool and garden was stunning and we really enjoyed our time here. Also, the host is very easy to get in touch with and it felt really good to have them a text message away.

An amazing property and host!

We had an amazing stay in Imperia. The house was exactly as described. The host goes out of there way to make you feel welcome and to make your stay enjoyable. Everything was perfect so much that we are already planning are next stay! Thank you for making our holiday so perfect!

A vieuw you wont forget.

We stayed here for a week but was to short. The house was perfect for us and we ejoyed the swimming pool also. There is so much privacy that you almost forget that there are neigbours. Everyrhing was super clean and the owners where so kind and helpfull to us. We give this accomadation a big 10+ Also the area is so nice to see and Explorer.

Casa Lorena a great place to stay

Beautiful property, well kept and clean, absolutely as the pictures show. Lorena and Giampaolo are very friendly and there to help if you need them. The property is a short drive to supermarkets and to beaches and shopping centres and well positioned. We loved it here nice and quiet, with everything you need to cook for yourself if you want, or local restaurants and takeaways if you prefer. the weather was great and we could truly relax by the private pool.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank hat uns sehr gefreut. Heel fijn huis

Verblijf was heel prettig, mooi groot huis en fijne tuin met zwembad, eigenaren waren ook heel vriendelijk. Enige nadeel is dat het huis niet op loop afstand van een bakker, supermarkt, strand oid was (we hadden gedacht dat de kinderen makkelijk er zelf op uit konden maar dat bleek niet echt het geval te zijn).

Eine wunderschöne Woche in Imperia

Ein herzlicher Empfang, ein sehr stilvoll und sauber eingerichtetes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ein sehr gepflegter Garten, mit Pool, mit Kräuter und Grillstation. Und das alles nur wenige Minuten von den schönsten Plätzen Imperias entfernt. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und werden mit Sicherheit wieder vorbei kommen.

Urlaub in Ligurien

Als Familie mit unserem 12 jährigen Sohn durften wir 2 Wochen im August dies Unterkunft bewohnen. Wir bereisen seit vielen Jahren in mehreren Ländern Ferienhäuser und waren mehr wie positiv überrascht. Die Vermieterrin hat uns persönlich begrüßt und alles wissenswertes zum Haus UND der Umgebung erzählt. Restaurants, Ausflüge und vieles wissenswertes. ☺️☺️👍🏻 Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll ins Detail eingerichtet mit einem Traumhaften Pool und Blick über das Tal hin zum Meer. Die Vermieter waren so fürsorglich, als die Spühlmaschine versehentlich kaputt ging, sind sie gleich am Sonntag! losgefahren um eine neue zu kaufen und haben diese auch sofort installiert. Großartig! Vielen Dank für alles, Loreana. ☺️

Gute Zeit in der Casa Lorena

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Lorena. Das Haus und Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und in vielen Bereichen stilvoll ein- und hergerichtet. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sowie der Flurbereich im oberen Stockwerk als auch der Wohnbereich im unteren Stockwerk sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. In Zeiten des Klimawandels zwar bedenklich, aufgrund der heißen Temperaturen gepaart mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit aber kaum verzichtbar. Der Gartenbereich hat eine schöne und übersichtliche Größe, der Swimming-Pool ist immer wieder eine willkommene Abkühlung. Von dort aus ist einem auch der Blick zum Meer hoch oben in Imperia sicher, wenn auch die Autobahnbrücke diesen kreuzt. Das aber nur am Rande angemerkt, zumal die Autobahn schließlich von uns für die Anreise genutzt wurde. Lorena ist eine sehr freundliche, angenehme und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die auch im Vorfeld alle Fragen sehr zügig beantwortet hat. Wir würden die Casa Lorena jederzeit wieder als Unterkunft wählen.

Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Gastgeber

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und für unsere Familie mit 5 Personen super geeignet. Der Pool war perfekt. Die Lage ist toll, viele schöne Dörfer liegen in der Nähe und der Strand und der Hafen sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Lorena war immer hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wunderbares Ferienhaus - toller Urlaub!

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön. Viele liebevolle Details in den Zimmern. Mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Der Pool ist bei uns allen gut angekommen. Die Teenager haben sich über gutes Wi-Fi gefreut. Die Gastgeberin und ihr Mann waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer da, wenn wir etwas brauchten oder fragen hatten. Der Urlaub war perfekt, es hat an nichts gemangelt!

Traumvilla in den Bergen von Imperia!

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in Lorenas wunderschöner Villa mit eigenem Pool und genossen jede Minute. Lorena beantwortete all unsere Fragen umgehend, stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, können Lorena und ihre Villa wärmstens empfehlen. Danke Lorena!

Wunderbare Ferienwoche

Sehr schöne Villa und sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeber. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Pool und liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Ideal für Strandurlaub und allerlei Unternehmungen entlang der Küste. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.
