Nice and modern villa with pool in the center and 200 m from the beach

Modern and pleasant villa 2 minutes walk from Manta Rota beach (200 m).
It consists of 3 bedrooms, two of them en suite, 3 bathrooms and balconies, fully equipped kitchen, backyard with barbecue, garden furniture, equipped with air conditioning in all divisions.
Inside you will find dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob, electric oven, 2 40 '' led TVs, coffee maker, blender, ironing board and iron.
Large backyard with shower and barbeque, table and chairs, and lounge sofa.

The villa is located in the central area of Manta Rota, across a cobbled road leading to the beach, and a few meters from the supermarket.

Quiet area with private parking for your car, right in front of the house.

Long term renters are welcome, children welcome.
Pets not allowed
Smoking allowed outside only.

It has a maximum capacity of 10 people, cable TV with internet (Wi-Fi)

The location is absolutely ideal. 5 minutes walk to miles of sandy beaches and several excellent bars, restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes too!Jaoa is a very responsive host and the property is exactly as described and shown in the listing.We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday staying here!

Location great. Restaurants and grocery shopping within a block. Kitchen well stocked. Quiet area at this time of year. Advertised two queen beds in one room and there was only one. Also that there was a dryer but only rack. Nice outdoor seating areas with charcoal barbecue. Lots of stairs to get to attic beds and no bathroom at that level. Hosts were very helpful before and during our stay. Would be happy to stay here again.

Casa , maravilhosamente bem situada , praia 5 minutos a pé nas calmas , perto de supermercado , restaurante take away , cafés . Em relação a casa , não falta nada em termos de utensílios , limpeza quando chegamos estava impecável , comunicação com o dono da casa , sempre acessível , cordial , resumindo , é casa para se voltar de férias uma e outra vez pois é tudo o que se precisa. An extremely well equipped and spacious villa, in the heart of Manta Rota.

Our annual trip to Manta Rota, was as wonderful and relaxing as our previous trips. We chose this villa because of its location, and we were not let down. The villa itself was clean, well equipped and extremely spacious with three floors. The outside area was well furnished and included a great barbecue. It was ideal for a a full on evening meal or a few glasses of your favourite tipple late into the evening. Once we have sorted out some dates for next year we will be contacting the owner for what I hope will be another competitive price.
