On the 1st floor, facing West, this 2-room duplex apartment is made up of a large living room (sofa bed for 2 people 160x190), an independent kitchen (4-burner gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing -linen, dishwasher), a separate WC. Upstairs, a large bedroom with double bed (180x200) + single sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and WC. The living room gives access to a terrace with garden furniture.
