Remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with easy walking to downtown Paso Square. The master bedroom and bath are on one side of the house. The additional 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom and shower. Inviting covered front porch for relaxing and sipping wine - the large backyard with a 30' horseshoes, BBQ, fire pit, and a deck with plenty of seating. No Pets Allowed - an extra cleaning fee will be assess if policy is violated.

Purchased by 4 siblings; Kevin, Ruth, Shane & Laurie. We waited until we could find a property close to downtown. We then rolled up our sleeves and remodeled for the next 4 months! We added a new bathroom and fenced-in a huge yard for outside fun! We hope our visitors enjoy kicking back and relaxing at this house.... just as we will....

Why they chose this property

During our first few visits to Paso we learned quickly that few properties are really close enough to comfortably walk to Paso's quaint downtown..... we waited to buy a home that is.... and this is it!! In addition, we're 'outside' kind of people and this property fit that bill! It has a huge lot. Lots of places around the house to enjoy a glass of vino! We've newly fenced in the ginormous 'eco-friendly' back yard for privacy..... so play some horseshoes on the 30' court, or how about some bocce ball, or maybe just lounge with a glass of wine and finish off your day with a bar-b-q and dinner on the deck!
