Have stayed at GSSRC several times and in different units. I believe this one is now my personal favorite! Loved the view of the beach and lagoon from the panoramic windows. We seldom get to vacation alone, but when we do, we will definitely rent this unit again…….so peaceful and relaxing……didn’t want to leave!

The views were amazing, the host was very quick to communicate and answer any qestions I had. The condo was exactly as listed. It was very cozy not much room for unpacking our things we just sat our suitcase on the couch and worked out of it for the week, but the place was decorated nicely. The kitchen with the air fryer was perfect for reheating leftovers and having drinks nice and cold in the lil fridge. For a 4 day stay it was nice. Quick access to the pool, beach and resturaunts.

Wonderful that you enjoyed your stay​, found the views amazing​, and that the condo was exactly as listed - along with quick access to the pool, beach, and restaurants. As for ‘not much room for unpacking our things,’ there is an entire standard dresser drawer available for your items (with six large​-capacity drawers), as well as a closet (with hangers provided) for hanging clothes. Additionally, there is a leather ottoman to place a suitcase on, which​ is located between the dresser and closet for unpacking. So we are not quite ​s​ure​, and stunned to read, what that ​was all about (???)​ - as to why a suitcase would need to be on the couch for a guest​'s stay​; thankfully,​ no other guest ​r​eviews​ indicate that either. Glad the condo was nice for your four-day stay.

The description of the place was dead on. Located on the top floor. It was quiet and relaxing. Amazing views of the ocean. The place was decorated nicely. It is a studio, anymore than two people it would be cramped. The bed was very comfortable and the necessities for a 4 night stay were on hand.

Lovely condo, quiet with great views. Easy access to the beach just across the street. Great beach.Pool and hot tub were available also. Lots of families with children, so the pool gets noisy so we stayed mostly at the beach.Condo had everything we needed, coffee, towels etc.You will have to drive to restaurants, but they are not too far.Parking was plentiful so no worries.A great place to stay!

The mattress is approximately a year old, and a medium gel foam mattress was chosen to meet the needs of the majority of travelers. Mattress preference is subjective, and many guests have found this mattress to be very comfortable. Guests accustomed to softer mattresses may find a medium mattress firmer than what they are accustomed to at home. (And guests who have a harder mattress at home may find this mattress softer than what they are used to regularly at home.) What suits one person is not for everyone. Given that your checkout was delayed well beyond checkout time because you had slept in, did appear the mattress was comfortable enough to sleep in that particular morning. Glad you enjoyed the condo and the beautiful views.

View was amazing and access to the beach and inlet were quick and easy. Room was a little smaller than expected and not much kitchen space for food and drink storage. A balcony or at least being able to open a window would have been a bonus. But overall we were pretty happy with our stay.

Guests adore and appreciate how the entire condo is basically a balcony and its distinctive panoramic view, rarely found in even larger condos (which essentially cost more to rent).
