- 3 / 4h of Rochefort, its royal cordage and the Hermione (frigate of La Fayette born and in renovation on the spot).
Also in the middle of the Puy du Fou in the Vendée, Futuroscope in the Vienne, and the Zoo of La Palmyre in Royan.

The first beach is made of pebbles at 5kms in Esnandes, where there is also an outdoor swimming pool. The second is also made of pebbles at the Houmeau. The sandy beaches are in La Rochelle (bay, competition, minimun, 25 mn), Aytré (25mn), Angoulin (30mn), Chatelaillon (35mn), or on the island of Ré 25mn) or in Vendée to the Aiguillon Sur Mer or La Faute Sur Mer (45mn).

The parking is in front of the house with a small courtyard, at the end of a dead end road and without traffic.
The house is made up of a living room kitchen with sofa bed 2 places, a room with a bed 2 places, a room of water with big shower with Italian, sink and tidying up and toilet.

Everything is planned so that you can prepare and enjoy your meals on site if you do not wish to enjoy the best restaurants in the area that we advise you.

The studio is located in a residence where calm is guaranteed and requested at night.

An inventory, a settlement will be signed on arrival. A deposit of 40 euros will also be required for the household, which includes dust, household appliances, vacuum cleaner, mop, cleaning of sanitary facilities, sinks and sinks, dishes and gas, and Garden cleaning for people with pets. Sorting of waste bins is also requested.
