ORTIGIA APARTMENT is a cozy, fully renovated apartment located in a picturesque alley in the heart of Ortigia few meters away from the waterfront, close to the Solarium to relax and sunbathing !

Tastefully furnished and equipped with all amenities.

The house consists of:

COMFORTABLE MODERN LIVING-ROOM with dining table, satellite TV, high-speed fibre-optic WiFi hot/cold air conditioning unit of the latest generation with touch-screen display.

Fully equipped KITCHEN with refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, blender / mixer, coffee maker / mocha, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, plates, coffee-breakfast-fruit plate service, pots, pans ... everything you need to cook independently, balcony.

DOUBLE BEDROOM with bedside tables , wardrobe with mirror , cold / hot air conditioner

BATHROOM with washbasin, cabinet with drawers, toilet, bidet, shower and accessories.

We provide our guests with bed-linen and towels !!

We provide our guests with the key to access to a room (located on the ground floor of the same building) equipped with a coin operated washer-dryer.

The apartment is located a few steps away from the waterfront and a 1 minute walk from the solarium. Close to historical sites.

Walking through this beautiful island will make you feel centuries of history, art, culture of the Greek, Roman, Swabian, Aragonese, Arab civilitations.

Great location, clean, comfortable upscale apartment and a host that went above and beyond. So much to see, no need to leave the island!

I am proud of being able to rent a completely renovated partment in the heart of Ortigia .
I had to move to the opposite area of the city for business reasons but I hope to return and live in the beautiful island of Ortigia one day
