Great Place, Close to the beach

The place was great. Great location, nice layout, looks nice and neat. The place could use a little TLC. A few small things were broken and worn when we got there that would take little effort to fix/update and would make a big impact on the place. Had a bit of an issue with the door locking us out and had to contact the property manager. Wish they wouldve been more responsive and available up front but they were eventually able to get us in and resolve the issue.

Great Unit

This unit was beyond our expectations. Our 4th unit stay at this Condo property. Well maintained, clean, spacious. Property owner communicated and replied in a timely manner. Loved the Friday to Friday stay. Check-in is 4, would have liked 3 or allowed early check-in.

Great location

This condo is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Nice balcony with views of the ocean and bay. It is an end unit with no tenants above or below so semi-private with plenty of space for our family of 6. It is on the corner of Phila Ave which has a lot of traffic noise, but this didn't bother us. Host was very responsive.
