La Casa de Lladó has 3 charming, cozy houses in the most authentic Ampurdán, built with bioclimatic criteria and fully integrated in the surroundings thanks to its rounded forms and its vegetal roof.

The houses are completely independent and are built to enjoy the nature and tranquility of the place. The rooms are very bright and spacious, with large windows, so that, anywhere in the house you are in contact with the outside. In addition, its privileged location offers fabulous views. The property also has nice gardens and a porch with sofas to rest.

Costa Brava House, built on a gentle hill, enjoys beautiful views over the village, the Ampurdán and the Gulf of Rosas with a spectacular sunrise for early risers. The house has a fully equipped kitchen for six people, living room with fireplace, two triples rooms (one with a double bed and a single and another with three single beds). The bathroom has a very special garden shower and views inside to enjoy the countryside while taking a shower !!! Outside it has a terrace with garden furniture, overlooking the pool. The view over the village and the Gulf of Roses on the horizon is amazing, especially at dawn when you can enjoy the sunrise if you are an early riser.

At the same time, its privileged location will give you the opportunity to visit lots of different places nearby: from mountains to sea, from nature reserves to secluded beaches, wild rivers and romantic lakes all of these within the maximum distance of an hour's drive. You can benefit from the various places to visit and things to do throughout the whole year.

Una casa ben acollidora situada al tranquil poble de Lladó. La nostra estada va ser meravellosa. Si hagués de mirar alguna cosa "millorable" (per dir-ho d'alguna manera), simplement el mànec de la dutxa estava un pèl desencaixat i es filtrava una mica d'aigua freda a la carxofa. En tot cas, la casa era excel·lentment acollidora en tots els sentits i la Salut va estar a la nostra disposició tota l'estona. Recomanat 110%.

Les gites sont tres agréables et les proprietaires ainsi que leurs amis qui parlaient francais tres agreables. Piscine apreciable. Nous conseillons le musée Dali et du jouet a Figueras. Et Barcelone. Attention nous ne savions pas qu'il y a 2 gares a Figueras. Un inconvénient quand meme les odeurs de la porcherie dans la vallee en dessous

Rust en ruimte

Heel erg genoten van de gastvrijheid van Salút en haar familie. Mooie locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht, precies zoals op de foto’s. Onze kinderen hebben veel plezier gehad in het zwembad en de mooie tuin. De bezienswaardigheden van deze streek, de bergen en de zee, goed te bereiken, terwijl we genoten van de rust en de vriendelijke mensen in Lladó.

Had a great week with lovely weather, small pool was a bonus for relaxing. Property very well equipped. Local village much quieter than expected with no real options to eat so definitely needed a car to get to places.

Objekt ist sehr schön angelegt mit Pool, Terrasse und Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Fotos entsprechen exakt den Gegebenheiten. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Salut ist eine sehr nette, zurückhaltende Gastgeberin. Das einzig störende ist der in der Nähe gelegene Schweinestall. Trotzdem empfehlenswert für alle, die einen ruhigen Urlaubsort suchen.

Muy buen alojamiento rural, muy confortable y con todos los servicios que necesitabamos. El entorno es muy agradable y bonito, con zonas ajardinadas, terrazas individuales y comunes y espacios para la desconexión y el relax. Situado en una zona que permite tanto la tranquilidad como la posibilidad de realizar excursiones tanto urbanas como campestres. Excelente, lo repetiremos!!

Hemos pasado una semana en este lugar fantástico. La casa es comodísima, amplio salón con cocina integrada, muy bien equipada. La calefacción por el suelo es un lujo. Los ventanales hacen que tengas excelentes vistas desde donde mires. Está en la naturaleza pero a dos pasos del pueblo, que por cierto es muy muy simpático. Hay varias rutas para hacer caminando. Los dueños, Salut y Toni, fueron muy amables y hospitalarios. Somos una pareja de casi 50 y una niña de 8 y un niño de 9 años. Volveremos seguro!

We are a family with two children and a few years ago we decided to look for a place to live in a quiet village where our children could grow up in a beautiful and pleasant environment. After a year of looking around at various villages we decided that Lladó was going to be the place we would build our home.

Why they chose this property

Lladó is a beautiful village with very friendly people that made us feel at home right away and we fell in love with the place. However, we were first captivated by the countryside, the surroundings and its location. Even now, after so many years, we often remark how lucky we are to live in such a marvellous place.

What makes this property unique

In the houses you are able to take a shower with the feeling that you are outside in the garden, you can relax and take it easy in the veranda or porch outside or just lie down in any room in the house and enjoy the view. Built on a gentle hill, the houses have beautiful views over the region and spectacular sunrises.
