About this property
Beautiful apartment 2nd floor with sea view
In a quiet green residential area by the seaside, located only 30 minutes drive away from the Athens International Airport and 45 minutes away from the Acropolis and the center of Athens (bus service every 45 minutes) one furnished apartment is offered for rent. It is on the second floor of a 3-storey building and it is 48 square meters. It has a bedroom and a sitting room, both airconditioned, a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking facilities plus a washing machine , throughly renovated bathroom and balconies overlooking the beautiful garden and with an excellent seaview of the Euboic Golf.
The apartment has a TV and free WIFI internet access and a parking space at the back of the building
Two different sandy beaches are within walking distance (Argyra Akti 430m & Kokkino Limanaki 400m). The port of Rafina, serving daily the islands of the Cyclades (Andros, Tinos, Mykonos, Syros and Paros) is just 2,4 km away. In Rafina you may find all the facilities needed (shops, restaurants, supermarkets, gym, hairdressers, etc).
