Wonderful villa in beautiful location. Spotless clean and warm welcome from owners.

We have staued in a number of villas in the region over the last few years and this one was the best by some distance when taking all things into consideration, not least value. The property offered everything our family required in a location close to all amenities of beach and restaurants all within a mile. The pool was a welcome retreat after a hard day out exploring. Will certainly be back for more.

Super nice Villa, to be reccomended

We had a very nice week with my family here, the Villa matches exactly the description, wonderful view of the Bay of Fréjus, nice and clean swimming pool, functional structure of the house inside. Very pleasant to eat on the terrace viewing the bay. Even if we didn't have any issue, the owner or his representatives were always available for any support required

Fabulous views from a. Amazing Villa!!!

Amazing Villa, great location, fabulous views, amazing sunrises and great communication with the owner. Small issue whilst there with no power to the pool lights and lower terrace. I’m finding it very difficult to say anything negative about the property, one really minor detail, no hairdryer and no air conditioning. Thanks for a fantastic stay in paradise. Kind regards, Colin

Gorgeous Views and a Sparkling Pool!

Waking up every day to this amazing view of the Meditteranean was like a dream come true! My family (2 adults and 2 kids) spent a week here in June 2022 and we had a fabulous time. Overall, this house is spacious, clean, well-kept, and offers much in the way of convenience. The pool was clean and a nice temperature. Around the pool deck, there were plenty of spots to lounge both in the sun and in the shade. Near the pool, there is a grilling area with a sink and a storage room (which is perfect for storing pool inflatables overnight). Upstairs you'll find a big kitchen stocked with everything you need to make home-cooked meals. The terrace off of the living room was my favorite spot to sit and enjoy meals or a glass of wine. The living room was a cozy spot for the kids to unwind when they needed a break from the sun. All of the rooms have automatic shutters, which you can close at the touch of a button (perfect for keeping the sun out so the kids will sleep a little longer in the morning). We also appreciated how close we were to a variety of beaches. The kids really enjoyed the long sandy beach at Fréjus and there were also several nearby coves to explore (some are a bit rocky, so you might want to bring water shoes). And if you want to explore cities, you're a 40 to 70-minute drive from St. Tropez, Cannes, Nice, or Monte Carlo. This house is everything you want in a relaxing vacation and my only regret is that I didn't book it for longer!

3 semaines magnifiques en famille dans cette belle propriété dans laquelle rien ne manque. Il n'y a pas la climatisation mais l'isolation et l'orientation de la maison ainsi que l'utilisation de ventilateurs rendent la chaleur normale. L'extérieur avec une piscine toute neuve, un mobilier confortable et la vue sur la baie de Fréjus St-Raphael sont une merveille. Les contacts avec l'hôte ont été très fluides et faciles (merci !). Avec humour je dirai que je ne vais pas donner plus de compliments de peur que vous soyez trop nombreux à vouloir la louer et que je puisse plus le faire moi-même. A recommander sans aucune hésitation. Merci pour les vacances et les souvenirs. A l'année prochaine

Une vue imprenable sur la baie de frejus et de St Raphaël vu la position de la villa sur les hauteur

Une grande villa extrêmement bien équipée notamment la cuisine , spacieuse et qui a été entièrement rénovée avant notre arrivée. Des interlocuteurs à l'écoute et charmants. Les chambres ont toutes leurs salles de bains, douche ou baignoire. Un garage fermé et une place supplémentaire pour garer un deuxième véhicule. Et quel calme ! Une grande terrasse qui accueille 1 table de 8 à 10 personnes. Merci à patrick et Marie France pour la tarte tropezienne

Prachtige villa op top locatie

Zeer mooie en recent opgefriste villa met prachtig uitzicht. Toplocatie. Het zwembad en de terrassen zijn top. Alles is aanwezig, inclusief een gas bbq. De gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk. Wij verbleven er met onze 2 tienerdochters en het was er zeer fijn vertoeven!

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay in St Aygulf. The villa is well located with jaw dropping view to the sea. Warm welcome on Saturday, and a quiet stay all week long. I’d recommend the place.
