Beautiful Marbella Apartment

My wife, daughter, granddaughter and I stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful apartment that is one street back from the beach. It is situated in a secure complex with underground parking. Instructions and communication with the owner are excellent. Photos are an accurate description of the property. There is actually a half bath on the first floor in addition to the two full baths upstairs. Food markets and restaurants are within walking distance. Our family would definitely return.

Anglo-Spanish family who due to lack of time cannot use the property all year round, so we rent out our nicely furnished home so that each tenant feels comfortable and at home while staying there.

Why they chose this property

Ideally situated, close to the beach and to Marbella town centre. Well maintained designer urbanisation with gardens, fountains, pool in summer, gym and 24 hour security.

Comfortable and spacious apartment.

What makes this property unique

No car needed, everything is close by and within walkable distance. Comfortable apartment that overlooks the gardens and pool. Quiet residential area but very close to all amenities, town centre and the seafront promenade.
