About this property

Bénodet, Charming farmhouse rated 4 stars: Swimming pool, Terrace, Pergola, Garden

House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups to organize parties or other.

We will be happy to welcome you in this charming farmhouse with careful decoration. It is located in an old farmhouse dating from 1884, located 5 minutes from the beaches and the city center (by car) between Bénodet and Fouesnant and very close to the Odet golf course.
You will have 3 bedrooms, two with TV and one with private terrace, 2 bathrooms, a very well equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, ... sheets and linens are also provided from 4 nights on place) and a pleasant indoor and outdoor living space. You will enjoy a large terrace under pergola (lit at night) with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, teak garden furniture, and large sofa. You will benefit for yourself from a sauna and a heated swimming pool under low telescopic shelter ( heated swimming pool from May to September).
The whole in a sported and country space displayed full south in peace on a ground of 5000 m2 and without opposite. Trampoline, swings, mini-football, pétanque and ping-pong table complete the garden activities (the garden games are shared with another farmhouse and are located in a shared space of 4000 m2).

Our farmhouse is located near famous tourist places such as Thalassotherapy and the Bénodet Casino, the Odet golf course, Pointe du Raz, Pointe de la Torche, the Lighthouses of Pointe de Penmach, the walled town of Concarneau , the village of Pont Aven, the village of Locronan, the city of Quimper ...

A wonderful relaxing stay

Our stay was lovely and relaxing. The house is connected to the hosts and they are more than happy to help and assist if needed. Xavier’s recommendations of where to visit were excellent. We used the pool and bbq daily and having the pool cover means it could be used even if the weather wasn’t as good as we found it. It was extremely peaceful with everything we needed. The baby was catered for in every way, which put our minds at ease in many different ways. Although we didn’t use it, the Wi-Fi is very intermittent and not strong enough to stream anything. There is a Netto Supermarket within walking distance and everything else a short drive. A fabulous holiday was had by us all.

Une semaine parfaite 👍

Agréable séjour en famille (6 adultes et 1 bébé). La météo nous a permis de profiter de l'extérieur, très agréable. Grande terrasse bien équipée. Piscine bien chauffée et possibilité de se baigner en la fermant. Dommage le sauna et le spa n'étaient pas en fonctionnement (je précise que ça n'était pas prévu, mais ça nous a donné envie 😀 et moyennant un coût supplémentaire, on aurait aimé en profiter 😉).Cadre verdoyant et calme. Maison simple mais agréable, bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir des vélos à disposition ainsi que l'espace jeux extérieurs (pétanque, ping-pong, grand puissance 4). Merci à Xavier pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses conseils pour découvrir de beaux endroits 👌. Nous conseillons sa maison sans problème pour découvrir une très belle région et se reposer.

Hôte très acceuillant qui prend le temps de vous expliquer les différentes fonctionnalités du gite et qui vous conseille les endroits a visiter ,restos ,etc.... Le gite est parfait pour un sejour en famille( nous étions 3 adultes et 4 enfants )rien ne manque , barbecue ,plancha,,table de ping pong,terrain de petanque ,piscine qui peut être couverte ,un vrai plus,nous n avons pas eu un super temps mais les enfants ont quand meme su profiter de cette piscine. De plus le gite est bien situé,non loin de Benodet et ses plages.

Un environnement superbe et calme

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée. Tout est prévu pour que le séjour se déroule au mieux . Xavier est très accueillant et de bons conseils pour les visites et même pour les promos de poissons au Leclerc du coin . Si le temps s’y prête les espaces extérieurs sont exceptionnels avec la place de la pétanque , une table de ping pong , une magnifique piscine chauffée et même la place de la sieste et un espace repas extérieur très agréable s’il ne pleut pas . La literie est très bonne , la maison agréable , et tout est nickel ! Je recommande vivement cette maison pour des vacances reposantes en famille ou entre amis . Les plages et centre nautiques avec toutes les activités sont proches à quelques minutes en voitures .

Très bon souvenir de deux semaines à deux dans cette agréable maison bien équipée, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. La grande piscine bien chauffée est un attrait rare en Bretagne. Xavier est très accueillant et très réactif.

Très agréable séjour au soleil.

Grâce au beau temps nous avons pu passer d agréables moments en famille autour de la piscine et sous la pergola. Petit bemol: impossible de se connecter à la wifi (partagée) pendant notre séjour (6 jours). Manque de pression d eau : 2 salles de bains mais impossible de prendre des douches en même temps.

Lovely property in great location with fantastic hosts

Xavier greeted us at the house (parking space in front of the door) and gave us a very thorough tour of the house and grounds. He spent time showing us a map of the region and explaining his favourite places to eat and visit in the local area. The kitchen had everything we needed and the adjoining lounge made it easy to talk to whoever was cooking. There is a bathroom downstairs which was great for our two year old during the day. The main bedroom upstairs had enough space to put our toddler under the velux window without walking over her at night. The extra pillows were appreciated though it did get hot. The upstairs bathroom had a changing table, potty and training toilet seat which was great. The washing machine was easy to use (we used it to rinse our swimwear). The outdoor cooking and seating area was great at breakfast and when the evenings were warm. The pool was heated to 28 degrees and the lid made that bearable on the cold days. We used it in the rain/wind/storm and the float and pool noodle were enjoyed by all. The garden has a trampoline, giant connect 4, table tennis and other games. It’s a great area to let the kids run around to let off steam. Our little one enjoyed seeing the cat, Lily, though the cat stayed away from us. Overall we really enjoyed our few days at this property and would definitely return.

Wunderschönes charaktervolles Haus mit herrlichem Ambiente

In Benedot haben wir diese Oase gefunden und Herr Boutelant ist ein sehr hilfsbereiten und unglaublich sympathischer Vermieter. Dass das Haus zwei Badezimmer hat ist klar ein Vorteil und bei der gesamten Ausstattung ist mehr als genug vorhanden. Und dann der Außenbereich....Riesige Terrasse mit grossem Pool. Der Pool ist geheizt und wenn's mal kalt ist, kann man das Dach geschlossen halten. Die Terrasse hat eine riesige Sitzlounge ( perfekt um zu lesen oder einfach nut entspannen). Dann gibt es noch eine Boule Bahn, einen Grill und ein Aussen 4 Gewinnt Spiel. Und wenn man mal das Haus verlassen will, gibt es sehr schöne Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten in nächster Nähe. Zum Beispiel Concarneau "das kleine St. Malo" oder Locronan. Fazit: einfach nur perfekt

Idyllisches Haus mit toller Ausstattung und Pool - einfach perfekt!

Wir haben mit 3 Generationen - Großeltern, Eltern und 2 Teenagern - eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem herrlichen Haus verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der große Pool, der Gasgrill, auf dem wir jeden Tag von Fisch über Meeresfrüchte und Fleisch leckere Mahlzeiten zubereitet haben, die überdachte Terrasse mit der gemütlichen großen Sitzecke und das große Grundstück mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten. Man kann viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen und Xavier gibt viele schöne Tipps. Das Haus ist sehr charmant und man merkt das Herzblut der Gastgeber. Bis hin zum Austernmesser ist alles vorhanden, die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und für Ausflüge, aber Haus und Pool laden zum Bleiben ein. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Nettes ruhiges Haus in attraktiver Umgebung

Freundlicher Empfang von Xavier, der uns auch gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gab. Das Haus ist eher einfach, aber schon gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist top, Garten und Pool auch, Sauna und Whirlpool geht nur im Herbst und Winter. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, wir waren zufrieden.

Superbes vacances

Pour une première expérience en Bretagne, c était un coup de maître ! Le propriétaire est top, accueillant, très ouvert et disponible pour transmettre ses bons plans! La météo a été avec nous, nous avons pu profiter un maximum de la maison, de la piscine, des extérieurs. Petits et grands y ont trouvé leur bonheur ! Encore merci pour tout !! Je recommande !

Superbe propriété. Piscine, jacuzzi, sauna selon la période de l'année. Terrain de pétanque, table de ping-pong et trampoline. On ne s'est pas ennuyé :) La propriété est très propre et Xavier le propriétaire est très accueillant. La maison est proche de la mer et d'une supérette pour faire les courses. Je recommande à quiconque qui souhaite découvrir Bénodet et les environs. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans cette superbe longère avec tout le confort et les loisirs adéquates. La piscine est un pur bonheur et les enfants en ont largement profité. De nombreuses plages sont situés à proximité ce qui est un véritable atout. Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui sont disponibles, discrets et bienveillants!!!!!!

Das Haus hat eine gemütliche Sitzecke im Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen. Die überdachte große Sitzecke draußen istk herrlich zum Faulenzen und Lesen. Die Bäder sind groß, die Waschmadchine voll funktionsfähig und die Küche für reduzierte Feriengerichte ausreichend. Der Pool ist toll, herrliche Strände in 6km Entfernung!Für Fsmilien ideal!!

Parfait pour des vacances en famille

La maison est conforme au descriptif, tres propre et bien équipée. Les enfants et les grands se sont régalés entre sauna, trampoline balançoires et piscine. La cuisine d été est tres agreable et le coin est tres beau avec de bonnes balades à faire dans un rayon de 30 km. Prevoir une voiture car c'est un peu isolé. Le propriétaire est charmant et tres disponible. Bref je recommande.

Sehr enpfehlenswert, ohne Einschränkung!

Wir haben mit Teenie und Hund eine wunderbare Woche in diesem rundum tollen Bauernhaus verbracht. Der sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter (wohnt nebenan aber völlig diskret!) hat wirklich für alles gesorgt. Auch für Familien mit Kids im Babyalter ist ALLES da (Babawanne, Babystuhl, Wickelkomode etc.). Das große Grundstück bietet Boulebahn, Tischtennisplatte, klasse Pool, schöne Liegen - tipptopp, besser als auf den Fotos fanden wir. Die Umgebungstipps des Vermieters waren Gold wert, wir haben fast alles abgefahren und herrliche, bretonische Ecken entdeckt. Sehr viele städtische Strände lassen keine Hunde mehr zu aber die weiten Küsten des Atlantiks die sich hieterstrecken bieten sowohl für alle Wasserportler als auch für Familien mit Hund Platz. Wir haben viele Märkte besucht und im Zuge dessen die schönsten Städtchen entdeckt (Pont Aven z.B.). Ach so, falls interessant: auch WIFI und dt. TV funktionieren bestens (während der WM 2018 durchaus ein Kriterium). Fazit: dieses Domizil buchen!

Well equipped cottage with fantastic outside cooking, eating and lounge area. Great pool!

Had a very pleasant stay here with our 3 year old son. The cottage had pretty much everything we needed. We loved the outside seating area and cooked on the plancha grill most nights. Solar heated pool was really nice with full width steps at one end that our son enjoyed playing on as he learns to swim. Great location for visiting Quimper, Concarneau, Benodet and beaches. Supermarket less than 5 mins away. Really kind host who spent time showing us the best places to visit on a map when we arrived.

Très bon séjour à 6 adultes ! Propriétaires sympathiques, serviables, disponibles et discrets. Maison agréable. Pergola super pratique (nous avons mangé dehors tous les jours). Piscine accessible par tous les temps (couverte ou découverte selon la météo). Sauna. Grand jardin, avec possibilité de tennis de table, pétanque et trampoline (aussi balançoires pour les plus petits). Vélos à disposition. Logement très calme mais à proximité des plages et de Fouesnant (3 km) et Benodet. A recommander sans hésitation !
